I had an incredibly frustrating and frankly disturbing experience at this Dunkin’. I stopped in simply to grab a coffee but urgently needed to use the restroom first. I was told the bathroom was locked and that I would need to order something before they would allow access. Fine — I placed my order.
However, I was then told the restroom code would be on my receipt, yet they wouldn’t even provide a receipt. Instead, they just unlocked the door after I questioned it. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and oddly handled.
Even more upsetting was watching an elderly gentleman ahead of me who clearly needed to use the restroom. He had already been sitting there and had ordered food, yet staff refused him access because he “needed a receipt.” He appeared uncomfortable and distressed. It was completely lacking in compassion.
I understand businesses have policies, but there is a difference between maintaining rules and ignoring basic decency. This felt rigid, impersonal, and poorly managed.
I expect better customer care — especially when it comes to something as basic as restroom access.

Every time I come here they mess something up. They burnt my food, forgot to add flavoring to my drink, and made my large a small in a large cup. I only went there because it’s closest to me. The people who work there argue about nothing being wrong with my order until i show them and even then they talk about me while they just make another crappy drink. Super rude staff.

I used to go to this dunkin very often until this morning. I received my coffee took one sip put it in my cup holder picked it back up seconds later and all I saw was ice then I felt coffee dripping on me, the cup had a crack in it and all my coffee was now in my cup holder. I couldn’t go back right away because I was on my way to work so I stopped in after work and told them what happened they instantly blamed me and my cup holder saying there was something sharp in it (there wasn’t). She continued to argue with me for a long time saying they always check the cups and it’s my fault meanwhile I get a coffee from them almost everyday and this has never happened it was not my cup holder. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I paid $5 for a coffee that I didn’t even get to drink because of the crack yet the worker argued with me saying it’s not her problem because it’s my cup holders fault! I will NEVER be returning to this dunkin!!!!

This review is specifically about Mike (Michael), the manager.
The cashier was excellent—hardworking, polite, and professional. No complaints about her at all.
The store gave me one less gift card than I paid for. They called me the next day saying they found it, but when I went to pick it up, Mike was rude and aggressive, wrongly blamed me, and even slammed the drive-through window shut in my face.
This is a top-down issue. When employees see their manager treating loyal customers this way, they learn it is acceptable to behave the same. In leadership, you must lead by example and ensure your team understands the importance of respect and proper customer service.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear this location has ongoing customer service issues, many specifically involving Michael. If you are the owner, serious training and accountability are needed.

My mother went here on 12/2 to order her regular order. She always gets the brown sugar shaken espresso drink which comes with oatmilk (which she understands it’s part of the drink and she’s been told before that the drink is pre-made and already has the oatmilk which is fine). However, she is fine with it having oatmilk in it, but she always just asks that they simply pour a little cream in there too, as she wants it creamier. Every Dunkin she has ever gone to ALWAYS accommodates that simple request. A Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with a splash of cream doesn’t seem like rocket science. However, the woman at the counter said, “sorry, I can’t do that” – my mother was so confused! Why can’t you just make my drink and put a splash of cream in it? EVERY other Dunkin does it! In fact, THIS PARTICULAR Dunkin has done it for my mother before. I don’t know why it was so hard. Just make the espresso the way it comes and pour a splash of cream in it. Seemed like such a simple request but this Dunkin REFUSED. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else or even a Starbucks. Starbucks will alter ANY drink you want or concoct you a drink that doesn’t even exist on their menu.

I visited this Dunkin’ on the morning of November 14, 2025. There was a huge line, and I ordered a medium hot latte between 8:50 and 9:00 AM. I specifically asked for cold foam on my hot latte because sometimes their lattes are too dark and taste like leftover espresso.
After waiting 15 minutes, I received an iced latte with cold foam and almond milk instead of my hot latte. I was already late for work, so I took it anyway—but it tasted awful, like watered-down coffee mixed with overnight cold brew.
Later that afternoon, I returned to the same Dunkin’ to address the issue. Unfortunately, the woman taking my order had a very strong spanish or indian accent, and I couldn’t get her name. She wouldn’t let me explain calmly and kept yelling, “yes yes yes whatever you say, come up to the window!” even as I tried to explain what happened. I didn’t have any attitude—I was trying to be calm—but it felt very unfair to be treated that way.
Thankfully, at the window, a young lady named Hania (or Jania/Tania) re-made my drink correctly she is the reason why i gave this place at least 2 stars otherwise it would be a ZERO, she was soooo nice, accepted feedback, and was extremely polite. She handled the situation professionally and deserves recognition—if she worked at any store, I’d trust her to run it.
If you go to this Dunkin’, ask for her—she won’t mess up your drink.

I always drop by this Dunkin … it says it has baskin robbins outside but there is none .. best thing is , it is never crowded 🙂 quick service and nice parking outside . I actually love their iced coffees better than hot coffee. Regular coffee is kinda watery and light . We also like the lemon coolaata and hash browns . Overall a good experience.

In my 21 years of life, I have never seen a roach in real life. However, that streak ended the other day when I witnessed not one, not two, but three in the lobby of this Dunkin. The lack of cleanliness in this establishment is clearly obvious, so seeing roaches didn’t come as much of a surprise. I will never be coming back knowing that this place is crawling with roaches.
