Very pleasant Dunkin. Plenty of parking available in front. Clean, spacious interior with comfortable, well-spaced seating. Service was quick and efficient. Coffee was hot and fresh and prepared perfectly. ♿️

Passed by this Dunkin and thought of having a quick breakfast and coffee. Conveniently placed right on rt 9. Comes just before GSP exit . Service was a little slow . Coffee was not great . It was ok . A little watery . Hashbrowns were really good and crispy . Tea was good. Slow billing and hope the service can be a little faster .. good luck ..

Let’s get into this. So I ordered a coffee and some stuffed bagel bites in my way to work my order came out to almost $9 dollars no biggie.
What the issue really was, Was asking for a cup of ice after being charged almost $9 dollars for my drink and food and being told I NEEDED to pay $1.59 cents for a CUPPPP OF ICE. after I already just purchased A DRINK and SOME food. This is beyond greedy I wasn’t asking for nothing extra or anything absurd. BUT ALMOST $2 for a cup of ice is ridiculous. Starbucks gives you a cup of ice for free and my order total would have been the same. The only reason I didn’t go to Starbucks this morning was because I wanted a an ice coffee with the coffee milk. After today dunkin. You def lost a customer. Inflation is hard enough but to charge for extra ice is DRAMATICALLY INFLATING!!!!

me and my friends got sushi at the shoprite and came to sit outside the dunkin’ to eat it and then we were going to get something from here but the manager came out with an attitude saying we can’t sit outside unless we buy something and he wouldn’t come to our house and do that. I went in there to get what I was going to get and he was going off on me not letting me order cause he wouldn’t stop talking

The absolute worst! Went through the drive through, for a faster experience. BIG MISTAKE. Not only did they tell me to pull up and wait; after I paid but they brought me a third of my order. I then had to go inside for them to give me a hassle about the remainder. When I received it; it was STILL WRONG! I looked them in the eyes and asked for something; the gave me something completely different. NEVER coming here again.

I went in at 1:15am, and there was only one employee that I knew of working at this time. Granted, I was the only customer, and I imagine they rarely get much business during these hours. Still, the present staff was friendly and quick, and food still delicious.
