Despite clarifying thrice, served cold latte, which had to change.
Asked for small latte, gave me large. Then I asked for a small cup to transfer the large cup contents, she told me to order again and that an empty cup will be charged.

They are very nice, and fast, But if you want a donut, you better go early. They consistently are out of donuts early, like 7pm early. I thought there were never outs at Dunkin. If you don’t have donuts for sale, those are lost potential sales. I am pretty sure there should be some degree of throw away in a business.

I went in for two hot coffees. First the new employee gave me one hot and one cold. Then when I got to my car, both were not filled up, the coffee was weak and not hot.
I go to this Dunkin often and it’s usually good. I understand that there will be new hires but shouldn’t they be well trained before being left to tend to customers ? I was in a hurry to get to an appt so I didn’t go back to complain.

Management changed. Now it’s infighting among service staff (one family that literally pulls a grandpa away from his bed in the morning to be on the drive through) and waiting times long enough to make the food cold by the time you get it.

I’m not sure what changed. This used to be my favorite Dunkin’. I was greeted rudely by the staff member inside. I ordered 3 donuts, which were dropped on the counter. When I opened the bag of donuts (while driving away), I noticed that all three donuts were hard and crusty. The quality control has also changed here. I won’t be going back.

I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts and ordered a large black iced coffee, a Boston cream, and a ham and Swiss using the app. I placed my order exactly 5 minutes before arriving to ensure a quick pick-up. Unfortunately, when I got there, a line had already formed. I understand waiting in line, but it’s frustrating when people ahead of me haven’t pre-ordered using the app for faster service.When it was finally my turn, I noticed my iced coffee sitting there, ready, but my sandwich and donut were just being bagged up. This should have been prepared in advance. I finally received my order, and while the coffee was exactly as I wanted—black and iced—and the Boston cream was fresh and generously sized, the ham and Swiss sandwich was a major letdown. It was obvious that they pulled it out of the oven too quickly; the cheese wasn’t even melted. I didn’t order a cold ham and Swiss with unmelted cheese.I work hard for my money, and when I treat myself, I expect the quality to reflect that. Dunkin’ Donuts really needs to improve their order preparation, especially for app orders.
