I like my bagel not toasted because they use old bagels. Even though I asked if the bagel was fresh I was told yes. Two occasions back to back they served me old bagels with cream cheese. Do not recommend. This place was the only place kept their bagels perfect without toasting but it is gone now. Will not come here 30 minutes to get my breakfast.

Order a chicken & pepper wrap through the drive thru had to pull aside and wait which wasn’t a big deal but once I got to work and went to eat the wrap look like something was thrown together ends was burnt and then it wasn’t even cook good was cold on the inside and it tasted horrible.

Be sure to check your cup before you drive away. I was given a cold brew with a hole in the cup that spilled all over the inside of my car. The girl at the drive thru must’ve known there was a hole because she gave me extra napkins with my drinks. Thanks Dunks for the new coffee stains in my car!!

As a hijabi Muslims they hid bacon pieces in my cream cheese and bagel, the lady at the front was sweet she was compliant but I went on Tuesday at 10:56 and the man who made it has a bun and thre the bagel at us I am so glad I checked cause I usually dont check before eating but he gave me the reason to. I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location in Somerset, NJ. I visited on Wednesday around 9:30–10 AM, and the employee working the drive-thru was extremely rude from start to finish.
When I tried to place my order, he rushed me and seemed annoyed that I needed a moment. When I got to the window, I asked to add my Dunkin’ rewards, but he told me he had already scanned the payment and made no effort to help fix it.
To make matters worse, when he handed me my order, I politely asked for ketchup. Instead of simply giving it to me, he told me I “should look in the bag first before asking.” His tone and attitude were completely uncalled for and made me feel very upset and uncomfortable.
Customer service like this is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior because no customer should be treated this way.

This is my favorite Dunkin’.
The Donuts are always fresh, and, they open early. (Maybe they all do, but they don’t all have fresh donuts like this place.)

Good stop, good care, but near mid food, I can’t get around with their breakfast sandwiches anymore, it’s always dry and a little burnt to the sides, Maybe they could do better next time.

Have to say that this location wasn’t always the best. In fact they used to charge more for some items than other local Dunkin’ locations and the service was ok but not great which caused me to drive on by for years. I had noticed the remodel signs but didn’t think much. Last Sunday I stopped in for a few drinks and am so glad I did. I’d have a hard time deciding what way better…the service, the products or the environment. I’ll great, hands down. I ended up making a food purchase and was shocked that they accommodated a special request as well. There merch and doughnut/pastry displays were fun even to look at! My son ended up making an unsuspected purchase of a large thermos which wouldn’t have happened had there not have been such a nice display!

The Donuts were good, but workers were terrible. We walked in with no customers and took a few minutes to even be acknowledged. They had no Donuts out, all on a rack pushed against the side wall. We asked to see their options. No one made a move to show us for a few minutes so we asked again. Got showed at that point and chose our Donuts. Workers just seemed so confused and lazy.
