Ordered online for pick up in store took me 10 mins to get there waited another 25 mins to actually get my food 25 mins for a sandwich with one half slices of bacon and cheese that’s not even melted but they drive threw was getting there orders on time makes scene

I used to love coming here and getting coffee before working with clients all day. The staff was friendly and got my order right every single time. But for some reason, there seemed to be a turnover and now the employees are rude and inattentive to the customers needs. There is a lady named Nicole who now works there who’s attitude is snarky and sassy for no reason . Not only did she not pay attention to my order, but seemed not to care about doing so. As a result, I was almost late to my appointment, leaving there with a bitter taste in my mouth. I didnt want to make a big stink about it at the moment but this wasn’t the first time this happened. She also doesn’t say hello or goodbye. She almost seems indifferent about the fact that she works there, almost as if she was having a bad morning.
In summary, I’m never coming back to this Dunkin. I’ve been going to the Dunkin across Rt. 18 by the medical center and it’s been a world of difference to the one I used to go to. One suggestion I could make is hire employees who have a better attitude about working with customers and make sure they get their orders right the first time around.

The munchkins were extremely stale. There was so little jelly in the jelly donut holes, I thought they were glazed. Completely put me off Dunkin Donuts for the trip.

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts! Every visit is a great experience. Rabina is amazing she’s super nice and friendly – she knows my order and always makes it just the way I like it! Sometimes, I even spend a few hours studying here; it’s such a nice spot!

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts! It’s clean and the workers are nice. This location also carrys my favorite flavored munchkins(Cinnamon) which is rare. I live a few towns away from here, but when I am out and about, I always make sure to stop by.

Heba is such a nasty person there. They always mess up the drinks and food. If you want your lattes to be all foam and for them to mention to you later if you’ve left a comment and make you feel uncomfortable this is the place to go!

I placed a large order for a school fundraiser. 15 dozen donuts, 15 boxes of Joe. Kathy and Raina were amazing. Order was ready for pickup, organized, Raina even offered me whip cream for the hot chocolate. That was such a nice extra touch! The last Dunkin I ordered from did not offer that. Thank you so much for making this fundraiser a little less stressful!
