I’ve been at this place a few times, and service has been extremely good. Cashier greeting customers, helping his coworker with drinks and all that. The waiting time is minimum . Thank You, it makes me come back again for coffee !

Good location. Dropped by this Dunkin today when in Monmouth jn. Had ordered a latte with extra shot of espresso, but the latte tasted less “coffee’ish” .. that too with an extra shot it really didn’t taste like dark coffee. Even the regular coffee isn’t consistent . Some days it’s good and some days it’s really watery .
Hashbrowns were ok. Nice and crispy .. service was awesome .. the guy making hashbrowns etc was so quick . Hardwork but he.made it look so easy . Kudos to him. Billing was quick too: .. few chairs inside to sit and eat. Restrooms are good . Overall a good experience but they could make it better with consistency in latte!!!

This is my stop for my morning pick me up often the customer service is great especially when you’re a regular customer. I’ve been going to this location for about 6 years now and it’s almost like a second home. The gm is cool and the employees are just as great.. I’ve never had any issues or problems with this store so I’m gonna definitely recommend this spot for sure. I always order the toasted almond coffee and i also love the refreshers.To whomever is reading this go ahead and check this place out. I’ve you have the app on your phone it gives you all types of perks. I absolutely love going here.

Two weeks and today I went into this location and experienced less than service. This afternoon, with a lone customer in front of me and 4 people behind the counter it 4 minutes to be a knowledged. It was though I wasn’t there. Not until I made eye contact with a young Indian guy that he finally asked for my order. No thank you..I had to take the receipt from the machine myself. Being attentive nor courteous is not a strongsuit at 495 George’s Road location.

The hash brown I ordered for my 6 year old kid. it was uncooked and some of them overcooked, hard like a stone. I think they gave me yesterday remains fried it again. My daughter refused to eat that and when I checked it was hard like stone. What type of quality food they are serving? disgusting !

I love this DD, when I use to get a Veggie Wake Up Wrap, they knew exactly what I wanted. The other DD use to give me eggs and cheese in my Wake Up Wrap.. a few times when my son would come here and was short of a few cents, they would still give him his Coolata or Bagel. Such nice people, had been coming to them for over 4 year’s. My kid’s Cafeteria Lady from their Elementary School use to work here too a long time ago.

They have stopped mixing cream with coffee and mix a blue label chemical which is white in color but not cream and is very watery and bitter in taste. My tongue turns from bitter to sour with every sip. Please bring the “Red” labeled full cream back, this tastes horrible
