Probably the best Dunkin I’ve been to. I went one day and receive excellent service from one person. And then went there next day expecting not the same type of service, but received the same type of service as the day before from a different person. Also, you can see from their wall of pictures that they serve the community well and are very in tune with the people who live in the area.

I was really pleased with my visit to the Dunkin located in Martinsville. The staff was pleasant and were quick to take care of us. The location is clean and has a nice area to sit down. We ordered coffees and bagels with cream, and all were made perfectly! Glad we stopped by and highly recommend visiting.

Long drive thru line at 8am on a weekday, maybe about 10-12 min wait. When I picked up my order- iced latte with oat milk, it looked like a black coffee. When asked if he put any oat milk in it the man at the window said yes, it is dark, not light (as in the oat milk)-?! I told him I ordered a latte, and he said it was, it’s just dark, not white. Huh?? I didn’t have time to wait further. He clearly doesn’t know what oat milk (maybe any milks) look like, or what a latte is. Not returning.

It’s rare to find a place that takes simple request on a coffee order and nail it. A simple order request or light and sweet was all that was needed. Great coffee.
Also, I was having a rough start to my day and the man behind the counter. Possibly the owner, noticed my demeanor was down as well as my vibration. He then said to me, ” Smile, all of my customers smile.”

The manager on duty is absolutely amazing. He made my kids and myself feel welcome and was extremely pleasant. I drive past 2 other locations on my way to this one because I know the service is better!! Even on a busy morning he provides excellent service.

Don’t go when it first opens up at 5:00 a.m. The guy doesn’t make your coffee the way you want it!
The other workers are fine for some reason this guy doesn’t make your coffee the right way time and time again I’m just tired of it!! I travel 4 miles sometimes to the other dunkin’ donuts to get the coffee that I want in the morning.
