I had such a great experience at this Dunkin’! The staff was friendly, quick, and really seemed to care about getting everything just right. My order came out fresh, hot, and exactly the way I like it. The store was clean and welcoming, and the overall vibe made my quick stop feel surprisingly pleasant.

Decided to give this place another chance but again poor quality. My croissant is burnt and my bagel has one smear of cream cheese. 10 dollars later I’m disgusted I even stopped here. They never give you napkins or ask if you need any ketchup. Everyone looks miserable. Drive another 5 minutes and go out to Hillsborough. Like night and day. This place needs to be trained immediately before someone gets sick. Horrible horrible place

I went in for a hot chocolate, they didn’t have any because the machine was broken again. I asked for a latte, they didn’t have any because the machines was broken again. I asked for an espresso, and they didn’t have any because the machine was broken AGAIN. The employees were chill, they felt bad and were really apologetic. I could tell that it wasn’t their fault.

i got an avocado toast with bacon, they put long strips of bacon on one half and none on the other side. there was barely any seasoning on it and im surprised the person that made it is getting payed for this trash. they did not even try i had to basically put the bacon on by myself. i also got a coffee roll and it was not very soft and it was falling apart. i was not pleased with my food tho the drink was ok.

Coffee was full of grinds, hardly spoke in English and were rude. The two girls working were chatting, ignoring the customers. By far the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. The inside is beautiful and it’s a shame they need a new staff asap!! I’ve heard only bad things from locals also.

It’s okay, service mediocre, not very clean. Further to my original review, they still don’t make an effort to clean. Tables are dirty, bathrooms are dirty, condiments and napkins always low and the Staff is really not very nice. Just saying!,
Recently tried this Dunkin’ again.
Still is not being maintained properly. They also seem to be very short-staffed. This is also a Saturday, so I’m wondering why??Does not appear very clean. Women’s bathroom rarely has toilet paper and does not appear to be clean. They also run out of a lot of items! Now normally that wouldn’t be such a problem. But if you’re driving through their drive-thru, your heart will be in your mouth, only to find out that the item’s not available. Are you guys ever going to widen the drive-thru there??
It is hazardous beyond belief. Personally, I want to keep my tires for now. So your drive-thru for the most part is not an option. Any thoughts?

I went to the store to get my latte and I thought let me check is they have my donut or not so they do not have it and I asked cashier (guy) that they don’t have blueberry donut and told me I am placing order online and he said “ I don’t like to place the order in store I said no to him and I placed online “. I went to use washroom and my order was ready in 30sec I ordered turtle latted and I thought he don’t even know how to make it very rude he came just regular latte instead of signature latte . Not going to visit again. Is this turtle latte

I love using the Dunkin Donuts app but it can be dramatically improved. They need to make custom menus that show inventory of the store you are ordering from. In the absence of this, they need to add options boxes where you can type in what you want instead, if they happen to have it. I almost canceled order because they only had 2 of the 12 donuts I selected. Frustrating.

Disappointed
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Dunkin’ was frustrating enough to warrant one. I visited in the morning hoping for a quick coffee and breakfast, but ended up with cold food, watered-down coffee, and incredibly slow service. Despite only a few customers ahead of me, it took nearly 15 minutes to get my order, and when it finally arrived, it was wrong. I politely pointed it out, but the staff seemed indifferent and offered no apology or fix. The place wasn’t clean either tables were sticky and the trash bins were overflowing. This visit felt like the opposite of what a coffee stop should be stressful, slow, and disappointing.

So, I ordered medium cold brew black coffee with no sugar and first they filled up cup with ice to the top. Coffee looked pale to say at least. When I asked a guy if I can get a coffee with less ice, he took random cup with premade cold brew with sweet cold foam and removed cold foam and tried to give it to me. I asked him what is he doing and that that’s not my coffee. He said ” it’s the same, just has cold foam”. First of all, it’s not the same, cold foam is sweet. Second of all, instead of taking my coffee, remove ice and pour a little more of cold brew coffee, he wanted to give me the one that was standing there before I got in. Call me a Karen, but I went to Dunkin in Hillsborough and got real cold brew. Look at the picture and see the difference. I’m not ordering anything there no more
