at 10:30pm on tuesday december 23 the lady at the drivethrough window with a thick jersey accent gave so much attitude. I had never experienced such disrespect when she kept getting my drink order wrong and when I simply asked what donuts were available. she yelled at me and said that she was not going to list 24 donuts to me and that i need to come inside. then her coworker came on asked him the same question and he listed only 5 donuts were available, which was the reason I asked in the first place.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for at least one year
It has improved significantly over the past 3 to 5 months
They always cook my wake up, wraps to perfection. They’re crispy. They’re hot and very delicious every time.
And the people that work here are always nice to me
This is one place. I hope the robots don’t take the jobs…

Whoever made my iced matcha latte with three pumps of caramel and almond milk on 1/13/26 at around 8-8:15pm honestly made my day. I was disappointed because they were out of croissants but that matcha made me forget all about it. I really wish whoever made it could make mine every time.

One of the best dunkin donuts location. Always clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and professional. All food made as per customer choice. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Visited Dunkin’ Donuts and was disappointed by the service. The order taker seemed really rude and unprofessional. Not what I expect from a popular brand. Wouldn’t recommend if service matters to you.

Employees should pay more attention to their customers. Some of them just talking with each other’s. Issue is small but Dunkin Donuts are my favorite places.

The prices displayed on the screen in the drive thru don’t match what they actually charge you! I ordered the bacon since it was displayed as 2.99 on the afternoon eats section but it rang up as 4.49. When I asked the guy at the window (not sure if he was the owner) how much it was he told be it ended up being about 5 something. I informed him that it said 2.99 on the screen and he immediately was dismissive and yelling ‘no,no,no’ at me. He was extremely rude to me and I couldn’t believe he was treating a customer that way. Not only was he nasty but he didn’t honor the price even though it was their mistake. I told him I would take a picture of it and post it which he then seemed concerned about. I didn’t care about the price difference even though it should have been corrected. I was bothered by the way he spoke to me. Yelling at customers is horrible customer service and I will not be returning!
Double check your receipt because you may be paying more than you should.
