This is an app and personnel issue. When ordering in the app, 2.5 miles away, you receive a notification saying you should wait til your closer to place the order. I placed the order anyway, knowing that sometimes it can take longer than the travel time for the order to be ready.
We arrive and go in for the order. My husband waits 10 minutes and comes back out to the car frustrated saying they aren’t making drink orders, only food.
I go back in as the ordered drink was $8!! $2.39 for an espresso shot is downright greedy – but that’s a whole other thing. Regardless, who can afford to throw away $8 because a cold brew (on tap) with a single espresso shot takes 15+ minutes to make suddenly?
The girl working finally puts the drink out in a medium cup. No problem, I simply let her know that it was supposed to be a large…. Again $8.
The one girl starts laughing and goes my bad. Then takes the drink to correct it. Both girls working today, 10/19, proceeded to start laughing at me. Then making jokes to each other about me.
Mind you, when I was in the store, it was me and one other person. Not sure what took 15 minutes to make this specific drink. Also, not sure why they felt the need to be rude to me.
Definitely going to be sourcing one of the half dozen other Dunkin’s in the area before ever thinking about returning to this one.

went there earlier (2.7.26) around noon & there was a girl who was super rude to us. made my friend’s drink incorrectly using pumpkin instead of caramel & was upset she was asked to remake it. then she remade it & it was still made incorrectly so my friend threw it out & went to a different dunkin. overall, just a nasty attitude.

This Dunkin’ Donuts has fresh stuff. It is a great place for the food itself. I normally don’t go inside, but use the drive-through. In my opinion, the parking lot and drive-through is quite small. It is often crowded and sometimes not easy to get a parking spot…(which is a good thing in a sense) If you’re able to walk and you’re looking for fresh food and good coffee, and drinks, that’s the place to go if you’re in the area!

Love coming here every morning on my Dunkin Run. Coffee, beagles, and donuts are so delicious! Elma, Augie, Jenny, Dawn, Madalyn, and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Quick Coffee stop. We can order ahead with their app and the order will be ready on time waiting for us.
They open early for commuter, early travelers. We have made stop before early morning flights multiple times. The Indian gentleman working at the store is very very nice, very caring, efficient & a great friendly person! We have always been a happy customer here!
Hot and cold drinks both are perfect. Food items are good for a quick bite. Fresh baked bagels (make sure to say toasted with light on butter or else your bagel will be smothered in butter!) haha.. Good selection of donuts.

Amazing customer service! I walked in visibly upset and the two women working there checked up on me and reassured me. They were very kind and did everything they could to lift my spirits. The latte I ordered, with specific modifications, was made perfectly and was delicious. Definitely recommend this Dunkin’ to anyone who’s nearby 🙂

Dropped in this morning for coffee pre-hike. Had the honor of having Madelyn take care of us. She was supremely attentive, personable, and made the whole experience surprisingly refreshing.
There are plenty of establishments where upon walking in, you feel like you are disturbing just by arriving and giving them your business– Madelyn’s warmth made today’s Dunkin visit the complete opposite. I walked in for coffee, and walked out with a mood adjustment and a deep appreciation for her as a human being.
