Mobile orders here are always fast and usually correct (unlike Somerville Starbucks) but they’re skimping on the cream cheese. Every bagel there is less and less. Today one side was basically plain.

Drinks were good, and staff was friendly and understanding, yet definitely not coming back as there were what seemed to be fruit flies or bugs infesting almost all of the food displayed for them to sell to customers. Please fix that.

I usuly come here because this location closer to me but that might have to change.. everytime i order a coffee thwy put basically a cup of milk with ice they dont try to make the coffee well the only time i found that its exactly what i ordered is when the older asian man is there he is super friendly and always makes the best iced coffee.!

Kid working the counter needs to learn how to speak to elderly people or just customers period.
The 2 ladies asking simple questions of where sugar and straws were located did not generate the rudeness they received.
Additionally neither of the drinks I ordered were made correctly and this is not typical of most DD locations.
I hope the right person sees this and has a conversation with the staff working this morning.

This place has gone down in recent months. They have a new Indian guy who seems to care more about his phone than taking customers order and making them correctly. In the past two weeks I’ve gotten coffee from here and they have been horrendous, the coffee is always super watered down and you can never taste the additional flavor you ask for. The store is only properly runner when it’s the bald guy working in the morning and the young people in the afternoon. Also one day I found a hair in my sandwich and I’m pretty certain it was the new Indian dude who never wears a hat or gloves

Good place for breakfast options. Most of the times i opt Egg and Cheese Croissant and Boston Cream Donut for my kiddo. Once they gave burnt egg in my Croissant, went back and asked they dumped it and prepared new one. It was good experience, but rated less because the employees should be contended in their job.

Love this dunkin the employees are awesome they’ve turned into my new location! The one in manville is not what it used to be found a new location and this one is much better ! Service is great the employees are always so welcoming and kind it’s a plus they remember your orders ❤️ . Love starting my day with visiting they have great customer service always giving nice conversations. The manger is such a wonderful guy ! Always so kind , welcoming .
