I go to Dunkin’ Donuts every single day all over New Jersey and get the same items every single time. And every time I order from this location in the drive-through. It never gets done correctly. I have to physically go in the store to have it done correctly. Today I went in the store and asked for two orders of hashbrowns made fresh specifically made fresh, then I watched the woman go to take the hashbrowns out of the warming tray. …. I SAID EXCUSE ME I DON’T WANT THAT I WANT IT MADE FRESH Like I requested. Then I got an attitude and a bunch of mumbling under the woman’s breath as I ask her to fix it ??? I absolutely hate the fact that this is now the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to my new house I will literally drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way just to not go to this location

I don’t understand what is going on in this location lately.Last two days in a row my coffee is deluted,it’s literary watered down.This is bizarre!!! The manager of this location has to look into this,I am Dunkin coffee drinker and never ever experienced something like this.Wondering if other customers noticed the same.On top of that today’s avocado toast is not an avocado toast that I previously received,there is nothing on top this avocado toast besides unseasoned bitter avocado spread.I order avocado toast at least twice a week and it never looked like this.

Honestly, I’m so disappointed because I go to this Dunkin literally almost every day and I spend so much money there and to think they can at least make my food right and they don’t is absolutely disgusting and I hope this doesn’t happened to anyone. I got an avocado toast the toast was literally so small you can finish it in one bite, and there was a long piece of plastic in the avocado.

Literally always forgets cold foam or flavoring, this Dunkin has the worst consistency, never stir the iced coffee batch when they make it so it’s either really strong or watered down and nasty. there’s also never someone dedicated to the counter and they’re all on drive thru. I worked in a really busy Dunkin in high school it really isn’t hard to be organized

Got challenged by the guy working there to fight. Just for asking for the right things I ordered: order was way messed up. Girl working widow never spoke to a customer in her life very rude and disrespectful. This place is an absolute clown show here. Older guy working came to widow told me to turn off my wipers because it was raining and that he doesn’t need shower, in that exact wording. No im sorry about your Order, no I sorry that the girl working the window was extremely rude.

We love the woman who works the drive thru in the mornings. She’s the sweetest thing!!! However, I just got an egg and cheese for my 4 year old and im pretty sure this is a BITE (with teeth marks) taken out of the egg?? Tried to Call them and they don’t answer the phone and their mailbox is full.
