I don’t typically write bad reviews, I work in the hospitality/culinary industry and I don’t like to bash local businesses, everyone makes mistakes.
However….
Being scolded like I’m a -child- by the manager/owner of this Dunkin after an employee misheard my order, is completely insane, and it seems I’m not the first.
I come here multiple times weekly and get the -same thing- every time and for the last month EVERY time I have ordered my drink it has been messed up. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
One time they added whole milk instead of oatmilk, I’m lactose intolerant…that surprise ruined my entire day.
This place is too inconsistent anymore and management is too rude to bother coming here. Take your dollars elsewhere.

I don’t know if it’s maybe that I’m not talking loud enough or maybe they can’t hear but I get a specific coffee medium iced mocha latte black with an espresso shot. The latte I got today was a hot latte with an espresso shot. No mocha no ice. Won’t be going here again

The absolute worst consistently. The order is wrong at least 75% of the time. And the woman who works there can be very rude.
I make sure to repeat my order multiple times and they still get it wrong. It is so frustrating to spend that much money and not get what I ask for. And it’s to go, so I really don’t have time to go back through the drive-through and redo everything. Just awful go to any other Dunkin. I am very reluctant to post bad reviews, especially on local businesses, but this place just never gets better.

The hot cocoa tasted like carrageenan and sugar water and two of my munckins were so stale I couldn’t eat them. The attendant would not accommodate me when I asked for a plain cup of coffee instead.

The store was clean, well-organized, and had a calm, inviting vibe. What really stood out to me, though, was the friendliness of the staff. The manager and employees greeted customers warmly and even called a few regulars by name—which is rare and shows a real connection with the community. It’s clear that this team cares about the people they serve and takes pride in their work. Even as someone just passing through, I felt respected and acknowledged.
You can tell the culture at this location is strong—from the way the staff communicated with one another, to how smoothly things were running during what seemed like a busy hour. I wasn’t rushed or ignored, and that says a lot in today’s fast-paced world.
Even though I didn’t purchase anything that day, I left with a positive impression that made me want to come back in the future. A business that treats everyone with kindness, whether they’re a paying customer or someone simply in need of a restroom, earns my respect.

Always reliable but on several occasions has served me Original blend as Midnight, even after I specifically asked if they had Midnight available. No need to lie, just tell me you don’t have Midnight. They assume no one can tell the difference. If that were true I wouldn’t be writing this. Anyway, good DD on most other occasions, and 24 hrs is always clutch.

I pulled through the drive through of the Dunkin Donuts and ordered a regular coffee and requested. That it will be not too light or too dark medium brown. When he passed through the coffee with the lid on. I lifted the lid looked inside and it was complete black.
I told him please add Creamer which was already requested The coffee was then to the top. He handed me back to coffee lifted the lid The Coffee was 3/4 inch from the top. I asked. Him to top it off.
He took the cup for me. Walk away Came back pass me back to cup. I look inside.
Lifting the lid, same levil. I left disgusted. I didn’t say anything will not return to that location again, go to other locations. It is nice to have a coffee up to the top.

I always come to this dunkin and never have an issue but last night was a different experience. I had gone to the drive through to pick up my order and when I went to pay the man at the window told me I didn’t have enough. I knew my total and that I had payed the correct amount but he asked me for a couple more dollars. When I gave him the money he yanked to from me and stuck it in the tip jar and laughed in my face. Never have I experienced something like that. The staff is usually nice and efficient but the man who was working basically took my money from me. Never going back.
