I just went into this dunkin’ donut on atlantic.I think it is a nine. I asked the gentleman behind the counter, who is probably doing and is doing the walk in and the drive up. That one dunkin’ donut put in a lot of sugar into my drink. And I happen to be a diabetic. With unnocertain terms, the gentleman who was going to help me was very arrogant. And said, absolutely not, we cannot replace anything from any other dunkin’.Donut. Very rudeIn his approach didn’t say, hey, sorry, dude.We can’t do it, but was very irate. And I was totally surprised. I will say Antonio came up. Who says is the owner or manager came up and said Hey No, problem, sir. We’ll be able to help you. And I’ll take care of it on me, which I kind of expected from the original guy. But I was so upset with the attitude of this guy who works there. He is kind of 58 kind of chubby. Tight-knit hair Gray round, long face, very, very rude. I wouldn’t recommend him if you see him. The manager is awesome. He wanted to take care of me. But never did say anything against his worker. I highly expect a little bit more respect and understanding. But this guy had nothing in his shoes. I don’t know if he has anything in his brains because Customer service is the number one item that keeps your business.Happy and always gives you good reviews.I give the manager antonio high remarks and thank you.But you need to work on your employee.

I order the same thing every time I go to Dunkin, to the point where I favored my coffee order in the app. Now I understand the coffees are made a bit differently every time I go, which I’ve adjusted to. As usual, I order my favorite in the app and I go to pick it up, I get to work excited to drink my coffee, but come to find out there was no french vanilla sweetener added. So apparently the app will just let you order your regular coffee order, not tell you that the french vanilla sweetener is out and then the workers won’t ask if you want to substitute it. So now my coffee taste like shit and it was a waste of money. I tried calling the store to let them know, and nobody answered as well. Genuinely curious about why no one thought to ask me about substituting when the drink wouldn’t be made right without the sweetener ?????

Very hard to get into because of drive thru line. I was parking and going inside for donuts, so I had to go around the building to get in. The second window is closed in drive through a lot. My big problem though is the eclair donut. The filling quality has really gone down! Not good.

I’ve been to many different Dunkin’s and this one is by far #1. Drinks are always made perfect, never get one bad one. Staff is great and remembers you, and is always very friendly. I will drive past 7 different Dunkin’s in a day and will only come here as they just top every other one around!

This place is amazing. Very friendly/prompt staff! The owners are always friendly and gracious. It’s always clean and welcoming. I’ve been going almost every day for 10 years and will continue for years to come.

I come to this location 5 days a week twice daily. The younger kids that work there have zero personality and are not very friendly, especially the 2 young girls on Tuesday nights. It seems like their cellphones are a top priority.
However, I will leave this review on a positive note- SHELLY and her mom BETH who work nights are absolutely wonderful and amazing. I cannot express enough how truly nice and lovely these two women are. They have the absolute best customer service skills. They make you feel important and not just another customer coming through their drive thru. They are a HUGE asset to this Dunkin team. The manager and/or owner should be extremely grateful to have them. Perhaps some other team members should take notes on how people should be treated.
I will honestly tell you, if these 2 ladies ever leave this location I will drive the extra mile to the Bayville Dunkin.

I come to this location because it’s the closest, and most convenient Dunkin’ to my house, but they’re ALWAYS out of flavors for the coffees!! Why are you NOT ordering MORE if you’re ALWAYS out of stuff?? Don’t tell me it’s a warehouse issue and they’re not producing enough product. Someone is not on top of ordering at this specific location because this is the only Dunkin’ that is ALWAYS out of products.

Every single time I come in here to place an order to go they always mess it up either not paying attention or reading back the order to the customer like you’re supposed to simple basic stuff I ordered two bagel sandwiches after repeating it three times and they still mess it up. And every time I order bagels I get hash browns and they always tell me they’re out. Like I don’t understand why they can’t have simple breakfast items available early in the am on a consistent basis. And some of the employees here are and were very rude. They didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. Waste of money.
