Do yourself a favor and skip this location. They are extremely slow and tend to forget your order. Donuts were on the stale side so not sure how long they were out for.

Well so much for eating on my break i guess…. This is the disgrace of a sand which i was given, two huge pieces of egg with a half a piece of bacon split into 3. This place has absolutely the slowest service out of all dunkin donuts in the surrounding area and they ripped me off. The whole staff needs to be replaced immediately!

horrendous service. they had to retake my order at the window and we had to repeat about 5 times over the speaker. i repeated my modifications multiple times and the still got it wrong. got charged extra for lemonade when we didn’t even mention lemonade in our order. took 20 minutes to wait (2 people in front of us) and 10 minutes for 3 drinks and a snack. do not go to this location unless u have a lot of patience!

Have stopped here twice since it opened. Both times they messed up the orders. Waited at the drive-thru for quite some time. They just couldn’t get it right! I asked for a bagel twist not toasted or slightly toasted because they’re very hard to chew. I chipped my tooth and they insisted that I take one and that they were fine. Never going there again

This dunkin is the absolute WORST dunkin that I have EVER visited. I asked for a small hot chai tea latte, and they gave me a large one that was ice cold. It wasn’t iced, and it was in a hot cup, but it was cold. Then the lady who made it rudely asked the employees around her what she did wrong and I gave up and drove off. But before that, they also had some sort of board that showed off a free drink deal outside, and when I asked for help on how to activate the offer, they asked to take my phone and try to sort it out. Then the person using my phone admitted that they were both poorly trained and “believe it or not” didn’t know how to use the app. What?! I gave up and paid full price for the large drink that I did not ask for (which was also cold.) If only I could rate the service 0 stars instead of 1.
Oh, and I didn’t forget about sanitation. One of the girls who didn’t know the answer to my question and called over someone else was seen in the bacj scratching the life out of her stomach. NO gloves. The girl making my severely cold and exceedingly large drink also had NO gloves. In a recent Dunkin tweet, they specified that they want their employees to wear gloves. This girl? Said NO. I give up. No more 988 Hamilton Dunkin.
