Customer service was EXTREMELY rude. Person at register and drive thru intercom was rushing everyone despite them making customers wait in drive thru for about 7 minutes. I understand if it was busy, but it was NOT busy. Only one car in front of me.
Did not let me scan points for loyalty, gave attitude when I was paying. She said I did not pay and the card didn’t work and rushed me to give it to her again but when I gave it, she said it went through.
Drinks— I ordered online and the drink does not taste right. Ordered a mango refresher with green tea. The green tea tastes like it is rotten and old and there is barely any mango flavor. I have worked at another dunkin and shift lead for two years and never has it ever tasted this way before. Got an upset stomach after drinking it.
Bought a cup of water and when I was drinking, I found lint and dust and debris in the cup.
This is horrible and the preparation of their food is horrible. If they were nicer I would understand if it was a bad day, but the service was absolutely horrible.
I would understand since I have worked at a Dunkin’ before, but the service was horrible and the products do not even taste correct. Will never be coming back.

Worst dunkin in hamilton. The rudest staff. Got yelled at when I asked for no ice. Literally yelled at. Said she couldnt do it. Right. Also asked for an ice tea lemonade got a lemonade. Said what I wanted. She dumped put the lemonade and just gave me ice tea. Its not hard to read and use your ears

I went to this Duncan Donuts on Rt.33 in Hamilton, NJ, this past Saturday and ordered 2 plain bagels toasted with “extra cream cheese.” I get home, and I open the wrapping of both bagels, and I find the opposite! I see not even enough cream cheese on both bagels! Th3 bare minimum amount. I’m done going to this location. See the pictures!

Out of all of the Dunkin shops I went this was the best shop. Because when we got to the drive-through, a very nice person with a smile on his face told my uncle about how to use the rewards. Also he gave me a free Dunkin donut hole FOR SCHOOl. This review is about how nice the Service was.

I would give a higher rating but when you order a turkey sausage croissant and a pork sausage croissant and they don’t mark which is which and you have to look up on Google how they look just to tell the difference, that’s poor service. Do they not understand that they look the same? How can we tell which is which if you don’t mark them? Please have some common sense.

In response to the reviewer, Ainur Zhanibek. I know exactly who you’re talking about at this location. Although she is not the manager, this young lady contributes a lot with the flow of the store to try and make it as efficient as possible. If she yelled, I can guarantee you that it’s not her screaming at the other employees and more than likely she just had to get loud in order for an employee in the back to hear her to come up front and assist while she’s still doing her job instead of pausing everything to go in the back to grab said employee. I have witnessed the amazing relationship between the co-workers and the way they joke with each other. No need to feel bad for any of their employees because if you frequent this establishment, you’d see what a sweetheart she is and how the staff there is like family to each other. She also has great relationships with her customers, myself included. The way she speaks with each individual customer is based on how well they know each other and each customers personality. Like a customized relationship, if you will. You shouldn’t base your review on what you THINK you know rather than facts.
