Going in the Dunkin’ Donuts is very nice and clean. The cashier’s at the front can be kind of ghetto at times but the cook in the kitchen is always nice and always makes my food hot and she cuts it in half for me. Which I appreciate since a lot of the times I’m on the run thank you girl in the kitchen!

I love this location. They have a nice and friendly team of workers. They always greet me and I frequented this location so much that many workers have my regular order memorized. I admit the loitering is a nuisance and I wouldn’t come here after dark, but I love my experience during my daytime visits.

It’s a good place but sometimes I get my order wrong or they just don’t get me some stuff that I ordered in always order donuts but they never give it to me and I’m abt to go to the counter to ask for the receipt and they throw it away so how was I supposed to know that they got it or not ♀️

I will never return to this Dunkin. I waited this morning for my mobile order (which I could see just sitting behind the counter) and had 3 separate employees ignore me standing there. Because they were busy, the manager came to help and even though I was clearly the first person there and closest to the counter, he looked around me to ask the other (white) customers what they’d ordered. Even after trying to speak and get the manager’s attention, it wasn’t until another patron (who came after me and left before me) apoke on my behalf did the manager acknowledge me and finally hand me my order that’d been sitting there the whole time. This experience left a horrible taste in my mouth, but the actions seemed commonplace among the workers.

I was the first person in line and ordered two drinks and waited 10 full mins. The girl behind me got her drink before me and when I asked they said there was something wrong with the espresso machine but I watched the girl make the drinks she just didn’t know what she was doing. I get it people are new or whatever the cade maybe but 10 legit mins for two drinks is a little too long. That 10 mins costed them a customer

Favorite coffee shop. Love the app to order online and quickly pickup. However parking lot difficult especially in morning when busy. Have new employees which mess up orders. Guess their still learning.
