Everyone’s nice but theres two issues. Their usually out of donuts or munchkins, second my mobile order is typically wrong half the time. Coffee is made wrong or more common is I’m missing the food. The worst part is nobody says anything most of the time, so you are left standing there waiting to discuss options.

The ladies that worked there was very nice and helpful. I ordered a croissant sandwich, and it was burnt and old looking. I went back to ask for a fresh one, they lady made me a new one without a problem. But my “fresh” sandwich was, again, old looking. Wont be back. But the ladies were so sweet.

I am coming here for a few months , never got any problem , but one Spanish lady who’s service is always without courtesy and always making you uncomfortable, today she gave me completely stale and soggy hash browns, I told her that this is not good but she kept on arguing and never replaced it .
I was a very regular customer here n very happy, but today this lady ruined my whole experience of months , definitely will not come here now regularly and will definitely will not recommend this place for a good service anymore,

They had turned off the espresso machines since it was late, so I got a small matcha since everyone says its good. DONT GET A MATCHA. Im not saying its their fault, but it tastes like sushi to me. My friend likes it but, I can’t do it. I only got a match because I was too shy to say anything else, since he said “we have matcha.” Once again not dudes fault. He was chill. BUT STILL.

The customer service is great when they have enough workers. Only reason I am giving this place 2 stars. When did Dunkin get more expensive then Starbucks? They raised their prices twice in a matter of a month….50 cents the first time and 40 cents the next time. Not even the staff knew about the price increases. You can tell the owner is greedy and doesn’t treat his workers correctly. Don’t support this greedy owner and go to another DD and save your money!
