**Extremely** disappointed and grossed out by this Dunkin location and would not recommend anyone come here. The woman making our food was on her phone talking to someone loudly in Spanish the entire time she was making our food. When the food was completed, she didn’t even bother to let us know our order was completed. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, and the croissant was burnt and looked gross! And to make matters worse, there was HAIR in my food. I’ve added a picture as proof, it’s absolutely disgusting! Very unprofessional and unsanitary all around, this is the first time I’ve had to give a location 1 star and I’d actually give 0 or even negative stars if I could!

You cannot rely on this store’s morning staff, especially the woman working the morning shift, to have mobile orders ready on time. I order through the app specifically to manage timing and pick up my food when I arrive. However, on more than one occasion, my food was not prepared at all. Orders are not made in the order they are received — she seems to prepare whichever order she notices. As a result, I ended up being late. This is extremely frustrating and defeats the purpose of mobile ordering.

Came here all the time and have never been treated worst than a dog expect for this day. Tried to say something instead got told to wait and then given an attitude. All 3 sandwich were burnt and just slapped together.

This Dunkin’ at Schalks Crossing is super convenient and well-run. The staff is usually fast and friendly, and my mobile orders are ready on time. The store is clean, and the drive-thru moves quickly even during morning rush. Coffee is consistent, and the hash browns are always hot and crispy. Great spot to fuel up before work or errands. Highly recommend!

I love the cashier up front , she’s so sweet. Thank you ♥️ my pumpkin frozen coffee was delicious but the other lady didn’t give me the right change it was .43 cents and she gave me a nickel. I know it’s not much but I use my change for tolls and it adds up. Make sure you look at your receipt.

I’d give it 0 if I could. Stood there for 15 min, not a single employee was present or visible. I called out two different times for help nobody came to the counter. Once an employee finally appeared they walked right past me not even acknowledging or asking to take my order and proceeded to ignore me for another 5 minutes. I had to walk out and go somewhere else do not waste your time or your money here

Every time I come here Brittney is efficient and has a huge smile on her face NO MATTER HOW BUSY SHE IS!! It’s so nice to start the morning off with a cup of coffee and a smile!!
