I recently visited the Dunkin’ location on Lincoln Ave. in Vineland and was disappointed by the experience. The establishment was not up to the expected standards of cleanliness, with spills present on every counter area and a noticeably dirty floor. Additionally, I observed unprofessional behavior from one employee, who used inappropriate language while addressing a colleague about a mistake with drink preparation. This location would benefit from a visit by the health department to ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Although I took some photographs, they do not fully capture the extent of the spills and dirt, particularly behind the counter. One counter was entirely covered with spills. If I had not needed to purchase a gift card, I would have walked out.

Worst Dunkin ever. The bagels taste like cardboard & are definitely old. They always forget something or get something wrong. Today I paid for hash browns but never got them. Terrible management.

I come here a lot… and I have to say, my interaction with one of your new baristas, Anayla (I hope I spelled it correctly lol) was just what I needed today. What a sweetheart! What she didn’t know how to do, she powered her way through like a star! I like everyone else in the area was happy to welcome Dunkin’ to this side of town. However, the service is terrible. Orders are constantly wrong, long waits, and an inattentive staff of young adults who clearly do not care. Food quality is on par with all Dunkin’s which is mediocre at best. This is the only Dunkin location where I constantly find coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup. From my experience, it is rare for a Dunkin to mess up an order, but so far it has happened numerous times at this location. Please hire attentive employees!
Update to my original review. How is it possible that this place gets worse? Ordered a coffee today, it had so much cream that you couldn’t even taste the coffee. Most of the frosting on my donut was on the paper, this is what you get when you just throw a donut in a bag. The service has gotten worse and slower.
Updates 12/6/24…. Walked inside to purchase the $6 meal deal. The floor was dirty and I could feel myself slipping on the sugar all over the floor. the service continues to be super slow which is attributed to staffing levels. Also watched the girl with orange hair use her mouth to open a packet of honey to pour into a drink. My bagel was stale, dry, and hard… I can only assume it is leftover from the previous day.
The franchise owner really needs to step in and fix this.

Hey, so back 3 months later.. still absolutely shit. Brown Sugar shaken expresso is STILL not made correctly (i only get this drink) tastes awful like someone burnt my coffee. also, ordered another drink for my lovey bf who BARELY gets dunkin and his french vanilla iced latter taste like strictly milk, no coffee, no vanilla in thought of that drink. highly dissatisfied, get it together fr. this place is losing so much business. The worst part is it wasn’t busy.

Gave this location soooo many chances but they continuously mess up my order. Today i went to pick up my order and there were 3 other cars in line with incorrect orders. Told them i ordered online then they proceeded to charge me at the window. Then when i said i ordered on line there was not one sorry. Then they go and give me the completely wrong order and still gave no apology or anything, if anything they looked annoyed at me for simply trying to pick up my sandwich. After I leave and get home I realize there was also no straw again. This place messes up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail. And by the looks of it I’m not the only one. Rude employees, bad food, and wrong orders. I never complain but I’ve had enough at this point. Would rather drive 20 minutes out of the way than have to deal with them anymore. Do yourself a favor and take the longer drive.

Visiting from another state. Sadly, we don’t have Dunkin’. So the friendly young man at the counter was patient with my inquiries about the products. It was a nice experience!
