I got take out. It was exactly as I ordered. The one thing missing was napkins. Despite me having asked if there were napkins in the bag and the cashier having said that there were, there weren’t. It didn’t make the coffee or my bagel taste any different. It just made for a messier commute. LOL

I stopped in around 11:00 on a Sunday for a quick breakfast sandwich and hash browns. The hash browns were mildly warm at best, which was already a warning sign. Then I opened the sausage, egg, and cheese on a sesame bagel. The bagel wasn’t “a little stale” or “maybe yesterday’s.” This thing was so stale, it was probably baked during the last administration. Honestly, it’s been around so long, it might have tenure.
I wasn’t expecting a great, New York City bagel, after all, it’s just Dunkin’ Donuts, but I also wasn’t expecting the normal fast-food-grade bagel served super-stale. Freshness matters, even for fast food.
I’m not usually a Dunkin’ customer and only went because the Wawa parking lot was packed. I assume it was full because they serve fresh food, which now makes perfect sense. Since I was in a rush, I took my chances here. That was a mistake I will not repeat.

The girl in the drive thru this morning had the nastiest attitude i’ve ever seen in my life. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB QUIT!!! I don’t understand how people with such nasty attitudes and personalities are able to find jobs where customer service is everything. I really hope the managers of this location check her before someone like me does. Have a great day everyone.

Friendly staff with quick service inside. The drive-thru line took a while and backed up to the entrance. The sausage egg and cheese on a bagel was warm but the bagel was super hard. Coffee was good and the apple fritters tasted good but they were cold. Would have been much better warm.
Clean establishment. Plenty of inside booth seating.

This store is horrible if you don’t have 10 to 20 minutes to waste of your day, do not come to the store if you try to use the drive-through once you get in you’re stuck there’s no way to pull out of the line or go around. You can’t even park to go in because once the line forms, you’ll never be able to get out. Try to do a mobile order parked out on the street. Still sat there for 15 minutes just to get a latte and a cup of coffee this is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. they did all the remodel to the inside of the store and did nothing to the outside whoever designed that project is horrible

The culture at this place is troubling. No one EVER smiles, says thank you or acts like they are happy to be there. I only get coffee here because it’s on the way to work. Hard to start your day with such miserable people

Can’t comment on the food, never tried it. I get lattes occasionally, they’re always very good. This particular location gets extremely busy. Drive thru lines down the road sometimes, which also makes it hard and nearly impossible to be a walk in customer because you can’t access the parking lot and once you do, good luck getting out of your parking space, the drive thru line tends to block you in. The staff is friendly and keeps the line moving fairly quickly.

We order online almost every single day. Every order includes a cold brew with butter pecan swirl. Every other day, they screw it up and put pumpkin. They almost never have hot chocolate and are usually out of the “seasonal” flavors even at 9am. Awful service.
