This was one of the rudest staff I have encountered. Even my 6 and 7 year old kids were in shock how rude the were. I pulled up placed my order to a not very friendly person. Pull up to window the person is still completely rude to us for absolutely no reason. I brush it off as maybe she is having bad day. Pull away and realized they messed up my coffee and my food was still frozen. I pull back through drive thru to ask politely say them for the coffee I ordered. She snatched it out of my hand dumped in some caramel and basically tossed it back at me. I then told her the bagel minis were still frozen. She was very rude snatched them and barely reheated the same ones. No apologies, nothing but rude attitude. My kids were even shocked. It was a life lesson for my kids of how to treat people. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere.

We stop by on Saturday, afternoon. THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! Except for a young girl that served us. She was nice & polite. Noticed the guys were bossing her around. The 2 guys were rude & had no manners. They were arguing too. Floors were wet of coffee. That’s a hazard!! An accident to happen . We ordered 2 coffee. It was cold & not fresh. The place is dirty & it seems is run with no Managers on site. Should had taken fotos. Beware people.

I had an iced chai latte payed for a large but got a medium cause they were out of large cups. i told my driver the medium was fine so I wasn’t waisting her time. Ive never seen a iced chai latte with green stuff on the bottom I really don’t know what it is.

This dunkin gets the 0 stars award! Great job guys! The ignorant lady working this morning managed to get a whole line of people to leave in the matter of 10 seconds! The lady in front of us was trying to buy donuts for her and her daughter and asked if they had a (VERY COMMON MIND YOU) chocolate glazed donut. The lady swings her little cart of donuts around and uncovers it (with attitude) and says THIS IS THE ONLY KIND WE HAVE AND WE HAVE CHOCOLATE GLAZED MUNCHKINS. and the lady was looking on the cart, there was no munchkins to be found so she said “i don’t see those” VERY POLITELY. The worker swung the cart back around and was like THIS IS ALL WE HAVE (again with attitude) so the lady said never-mind and walked out due to this particular workers attitude. The rest of us followed behind because we were not going to be treated like that by one of your employees. So again great job congrats on being the #1 on the list of companies to have your customers fleeing!!

Been to this Dunkin handful of times and every time my order hasn’t been correctly made. Tired of having to get out of the drive thru park into a spot and wait for the wrong sandwiches to have been made for me. A Charlie cold foam cold brew has no cream or sugar in picture attached you can see the sugar laying in bottom and coffee is very light colored showing they put cream. Girl still did enjoy the drink but that’s besides the point. They need to get there …. Together here

My friends and I went into Dunkin. The staff were rude and rushed us to order despite us being the only ones in the store. They were out of multiple items and didn’t accommodate us professionally or financially for the difference in price. OOS’s happen but it’s about how it’s handled that makes the difference.

This one closes too early, the female Hindu worker has been known to demand tips & the bagels can be uselessly stale at times. So I just had too add this edit & remove yet another star. Even with zero training, what kind of IQ would serve this to a paying & tipping customer ? & the pic actually enhances the amount of cream cheese. You can’t make it up !
