If you are allergic to bees don’t go inside! They have them all over the window and some dead on floor. Not enough pepole working and took 20 mins to get my order and when I did only one of my two drinks where made the way I asked.I really feel bad for the staff they looked over worked.

I have lived around the corner from this location for 5 years so the location is convenient. How ever this is the worst dunkin’ i have EVER been to. If you are in a hurry don’t stop here because it litterarly takes 30 minutes to get your order taken and get your coffee served, with only 3 cars infront of you! And it’s not like this is a one time thing. it happens ALL of the time. And after waiting the 30 minutes for an iced coffee the drink is made wrong. I.e no flavour, no esspresso shot that was paid for. You can’t ever go inside to skip the line because they always have the door locked. I don’t ever post bad reviews because i was in the food industry for 10+ years but this place is outrageous.

I just walked out of here with my children baffled. I informed them that Daddy doesn’t spend his money in places where the help (customer service) are RUDE, Arrogant and Obnoxious! Caucasian young Girl wearing Ugly false eyelashes, zit bumps and oily hair was the cashier that we had to wait while she finished her business on her phone before attempting to wait on us. Nasty Nasty Nasty. Won’t return here ever. My 1st time and last time here. Get rid of Her she’s no where near an exceptable person you wont working at your establishment.

I waited for like 20 minutes and then I saw they had a piece of paper that said they were out of everything dunkin so then I told them another drink and then asked if I could get a box of assorted munchkins. They said they only had old fashioned and chocolate so I said chocolate. Another 15 minutes later I got to the window and paid for everything. AFTER paying he told me they only had 7 chocolate munchkins…. I already paid so I agreed to the rest old fashioned. Why would they wait till after I paid to tell me that??????
