I love the staff and the quality of my orders have been chef’s kiss!!!! I also like the fact that they also let me know when they’re out of something or if I would like them to make it with something else. I usually stop in before work grab my order I get a warm smile. Sesame seed Bagel was terrible. Dry with no taste. Tasted like it was a day old bagel. Not the 1st time I had a bad bagel from here. Could only eat half of the top piece before giving up on it. Will not be ordering anymore bagels from here. Donut was fresh though and iced tea is good

So basically i came in today around 1225-1230 and ordered off the Kiosk and I saw a spider donut and decided ooh that looks so cute with the sprinkles on it! i saw them put out in the front and they looked adorable! So i put two of them on my list! I worked at dunkin for 3 years so I know how things should go I was a shift lead! I ordered an ice coffee as well and while she was making the ice coffee she put 3 1/2 pumps of the butter pecan in & regular cream. When you are supposed to put 3 full pumps. She proceeds to fill my cup ALL THE WAY up with ice so i ask her to put a little less ice in it. She does and proceeds not to even stir my coffee and leave me to have to do so and shakes it with her hand 2 times… again as someone who worked at Dunkin if there is flavor and cream I ALWAYS STIRRED THE COFFEE ATLEAST 3 TIMES WITH THE SPOON. I didn’t complain though until i got in the car and went to drive off and the donuts they gave me didn’t even have the sprinkles on it. So me and my friend turned around and went through the drive thru since nobody was in it and asked for the correct donuts. They argued and talked over me when i asked 3 TIMES for them to let me speak and ended up raising my voice at them and asked them if i could get what I paid for and what was on the kiosk and they argued for me to come inside and they could “show me right now” that I was wrong when I knew exactly what I Saw! After 2-3 minutes of arguing and making me late to my nephews Halloween parade they gave me the donuts I PAID FOR. Safe to say Ill never be going to this dunkin again!
3 reasons this annoyed me the most are:

1. I am pregnant and only get coffee twice a week so i expect what I pay for to be right and good!
2. I shouldn’t have to argue with anybody if The Kiosk doesn’t even print out a receipt for me to have proof
3. I had to raise my voice while Im pregnant and stress myself out for no reason

I HOPE you guys talk to your employees about arguing with a customer that IS A PAYING CUSTOMER! Have a great Halloween though!

Im a 3 x a day Dunkin’ Donuts iced coffee drinker.. I generally go to the same place every day in the morning and it varies throughout the day depending on where I’m at. 125 N Pearl Street Bridgeton NJ 08311 is my normal morning location. Our of the last three visits two olout of the 3 cups of coffee we’re extremely watered down. I don’t know if they have preportioned packs or if someone actually Scoops the grounds and puts them in each time, anyway this last time I decided to bring back my coffee. I was running late I was supposed to be at work at 9:00 it was already after 9:00 when I was getting my coffee so I couldn’t bring it back in until my break at 12:00.. I called the store which I showed that it was in my phone and no one answered.. after literally talking to three different people they got me the manager to which he told me because I didn’t bring it right back in I was pretty much beat. Well that is completely okay their lack of customer service just lost them a minimum of $540/a month. I literally will go all the way out of my way to get a dunking coffee. And after today the only way I will ever buy a cup of Dunkin again is out of pure convenience. Which let me tell you for the last 5 years it has not been convenient at all for me to stop by Dunkin’ Donuts with my route. I literally pay a dollar extra for caramel to get put in my coffee outside of the 4 pumps they offer, some places I go I get seven pumps other place I have to get 10 pumps and after the four they’re 15 cents each additional pump. Normally I just go for 10 because they do like partial pumps trying to pump it quick which I understand but still. If I need an empty cup or a cup of ice its $1.50 extra. Which I do understand everything costs money but I feel like this is past costing money which is kind of nickel and diming to still half of the time get a messed up couple coffee.. now I’ve been talking about cutting back on the caramel not because of price but because of the carbs so I guess this incident just helped me jurassically cut back the carbs.. lol ig back to wawa coffee it is for me OR Maxwell house. I have almost 1,600 points left I’m going to cash them in for two free coffee and after that I’m done with Dunkin. Also I don’t want to sound like a crybaby this isn’t the first time that I dealt with really crappy customer service from them and them acting like I was in the wrong for complaining. I literally go to this Dunkin’ so much that they know exactly what my order is and I don’t even have to tell them my name they’re automatically just handing me my cup of coffee when I walk in there. And this is the Gratitude I get for being a loyal customer for the last 10 years.

This used to be a “good” dunkin to go to and get your order correctly, 1st the male owner older man creepy vibes with the female staff , he is the rudest man to his own staff and to every customer DAILY. He waves his hand in your face when you ask for something to be remade if it wasn’t made correctly and he is very unprofessional!, the female owner (maybe his wife) older short woman is just as rude and waves people away and speaks another language under her breath she will also charge you for items THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK IN and not tell you until you pull up for your pick up and try to just give you whatever they have , YOU CANT DO THAT AND HAVE THE NERVE TO SAY YOU CANT HAVE A REFUND?!??!?!? , NOW the younger staff when the two rude owners are not there , ARE SWEET FAST SERVICE AND MORE CORRECT ORDERS THAN WRONG ONES , know you by name and order usually, …. DEAR DUNKIN CORPORATE COME UNDERCOVER TO THIS LOCATION!

To add to this nonsense I went there today 8/26/25 and there is yet again another person running the show in the afternoon looks like another family member and my favorite pumpkin coffee for the past week has been on point at this location however today it tastes burnt and very strong .I don’t know what they’re doing to the coffee or giving us dark roast or what but they did absolutely nothing to accommodate the fact that the coffee was burnt and that they should offer a different drink a different Brew or to remake your coffee they want you just take it and leave. THIS LOCATION really needs corporate to come down

The girl at the drive thru threw the bag of food at me and walked away, all without a word from car pulling up and pulling away.. I mean I am not expecting anything fancy but basic courtesy, guess no one taught her that growing up. This used to be a nice dunkins, not anymore lol, food was cold and the girl treats the customers (including the two cars in front of me) like plague. Sure, not expecting anything more than “hello, here’s your food”, but throwing bags at customers and walking away immediately after, maybe she shouldn’t work as the drive thru cashier if she doesn’t know basic etiquette. Sorry owner, we will not return to this location when we crave dunkins.

Went there this morning, order a sandwich on the app, got to the location and sign on microphone stated oven was down. Was told I had to go through app and contact Dunkin for a refund.

They know what they are doing in hopes of getting free money, because they know it’s a hassle if you call your bank or email complaint through app.

They are hoping you won’t do so they get free money. Owner is very nasty!!!
