About the worst run operation I have ever seen. The last three times they have shorted my order. They usually make up for it but this past time they wanted to argue. I could only imagine the profit margins at this location are sky high because they do not put the food in the bag that people paid for. The entire store needs retraining. Horrible experience again and again.

Waited 10 mins in drive thru before getting to place my order. When I got to window I was told only 2 people working. Tried to tell the associate that the proper thing to do is let the waiting customer know your shorthanded and I will be right with you. Instead she proceeded to yell at me. The customer service at this Dunkin is always horrible, but I thought I would give them another chance. Will not go there again!!!!!

Decided to go to drive thru. Placed my order. As I was placing my order, the woman was screaming at her coworkers, so no doubt messed up my order. When I went inside to correct, it was no better because the woman went from ignoring me to screaming at me, resolving nothing. What’s worse is that my sandwich was burnt. Since I paid with the app, she demanded that I call customer service for a refund.

Went through the drive-thru to get some food and coffee, I paid, never got a receipt, and they asked me 2 times what my order was, thinking I ordered a latte which I didn’t. They gave me my coffee which tasted like garbage. Finally they told me after 10+ minutes they can’t make sandwiches for some reason and would give me a refund. They only gave me 6 dollars to which I said it was more than that, so she gave me another dollar and said that’s it, but I had paid 12. I was fed up and didn’t want to argue. They obviously have no idea what they’re doing. Never going there again.

Purchased $3.00 drink thru drive thru. Gave a $10 & a quarter. Drove off. Both myself & the lady weren’t even thinking of the change. I came back, maybe 5 minutes. Went inside & the “very honest” lady had my $7.00 set aside waiting to see if I’d come back. She was smiling when she saw me, handing me my change. Very honest, very kind. Loved it. Refreshing in this day & age. My “go to” DD!!!! UPDATED TODAY (April 30th): I noticed the last 3,4 times I went through the drive through here, they will not give me my change back if it’s pennies. If my order is like $ 27. 72 , I don’t get my 3cents back. Don’t mean to penny pinch but I keep those pennies in my car to give to DD when my order calls for pennies. This DD in Oaklyn, NJ literally steals your money. The above deserves ed 5 stars as that lady was nice. Everyone else must be told from someone inside not to give customers their pennies back.
