This location is the worst! They never have the items on the menu. Yesterday I ordered a croissant with eggs and no bacon (I don’t eat pork, I’m Muslim) and they gave me bacon. Thank goodness I didn’t bite into it. I went there today and the cashier was so rude to me. I go there every morning at about 5:20-5:40am on my way to work. The woman got indignant when I beeped my horn to alert them that there were customers because nobody answered the intercom. I had been waiting for about three minutes and three other cars pulled in behind me, so the drive through was beginning to back up. She told me I could wait because she was tending to other customers (only one in front of me and they were casually talking). I will not be returning and I will be sure to inform all of my people not to support this location. Maybe corporate will decide to revamp this location because as of now it’s inefficient.

Wish I could give 0 stars. If they out of something they give you whatever and don’t even tell you. They lock their doors all day so if you have no car you cannot order or have to walk through the drive thru. Several times before noon I’ve been turned away and their doors were locked. Said I had to have a car to order. oh and their number has been disconnected for over a year so good luck making a complaint or correcting an order.

I arrived, through the drive through, with 2 gift cards, ordering a bacon & egg croissant (with no cheese), medium sweet ice tea w/little ice, and 1 glazed donut. I informed the young lady that I needed a receipt before I gave her the change that she claimed that I owed, after supposedly using the 2 gift cards first. Unfortunately, this mean mugging young lady, after handing me my food, then handed me my change, then went to hand me my drink, so I asked for my receipt. Here it is, she then tells me that she threw my receipt in the trash, claiming that she stated this as she walked away from the window. WHAT!!!! She never stated this, but had the nerve to continue to mean mug me with an attitude!! I asked her to hand me my receipt from out of the trash because I wanted to make sure she used the 2 gift cards towards my order. She then told me she couldn’t do that because the receipt was gone, with an attitude as if I did something wrong to her!! I then requested to speak with a Manager or Supervisor, where she claimed there wasn’t anyone there except for the cashiers. What a crock of bull!! I have to make sure I request my receipt in the beginning and in the middle to hopefully receive my receipt(s). This young lady, and I’m trying to be polite, needs to be checked by Management or they’ll loose business because they’ve definitely lost my business!!!

I would give no stars. The workers have your order wrong then they get mad cuss at you. They make the food burnt and nasty literally not edible Any Refused, The, Give Your Money Back o Make The Food properly. The females they have attitudes I went there and I told them my order three times they had my order wrong and then they started yelling at me to go get away all because I told them that’s not my order. They’re very disrespectful and I do not recommend anyone going there.

The place was clean. Service was OK. However, the loaded tots were disgusting. Look like they just threw a slice of bacon in there with a half slice of cheese. My croissant was cold and slightly burnt. The cheese wasn’t melted on the sandwiches and my sons tots were cold. The people were very nice though..just wish that the meal prep was better.

The two girls that they have working there now during the day is amazing they make the coffee perfect they are fast and very friendly. This is by far the best dunkin in the area. 10 out of 10

They don’t know how to end the order and say coming around, after you order ur left saying hello when you pull up you gotta say hello or your see there waiting long
Then if you order food it’s never correct something is always off.. My coffee damn near everytime I order frozen French vanilla cheese and never taste the vanilla cream it’s clear they have no care for about the community and in which they serve
They really need better customer service
