Fresh donuts, fresh coffee, fast service. What more could you ask for. Going inside is sometimes far quicker than the drive-through. You can also order on your app before arriving and have it ready within a few minutes. Just go, you’ll be glad you did.

Im leaving this review because mainly of the attentive polite employee they have at this Dunkin such a sweet young lady at the drive thru sweet blonde young girl I didnt catch her name but this is how truly costumer service is at its finest, greetings smiling, attentive, polite, check to make sure our order was correct, hands down to customer service!!! My frozen coffee was delicious and my hubby ice coffee was phenomenal.

Absolutely horrible experience this morning. I tried using the kiosk to order my food because there were no workers around not even sound. I couldn’t figure out how to adjust my sandwich so I canceled the order
order. I had to keep yelling hello for someone to come out to look at me like I was stupid & take my order
order. The lack of available donuts at 9:30am was bad enough but the lack of professional service was enough for me the make sure I don’t go there anymore

Shout out to the staff here! The staff here is super sweet and I appreciate the kind gesture; my kids loved the Dunkin Buckets ❤️ My drinks and food are always fresh and delicious. Keep up the great job!!!

Do not order online for pickup! If they run out of what you ordered they will refuse to provide refund, tell you to call Dunkin. When you ask for a manager they tell you there isnt one there and close the window on you. They just steal with no care about customer service.

It was okay, the staff was nice. The food is mediocre but that’s not on them. It’s been that way since they stopped baking the doughnuts on site.

I ordered and I quote a “ caramel cold brew with oat milk” instead they gave me a cold brew with 4 cream AND cold foam???? I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese and they gave me sausage, it’s not the first time they’ve COMPLETELY messed up my order but this was really bad. It seemed as though they didnt listen to anything I said when I placed the order and just did whatever they wanted or THOUGHT I wanted. I couldn’t go back because I had to be somewhere so I am now stuck with this order. Disappointed and upset.

Coffee is close to standards at this Dunkin donuts location. No doubt they clean machines and calibrate. Avocado toast is decent. Cold is good as well. Overall a nice Dunkin. Service is quick.

I ordered an almond spice hot coffee and asked for cream and sugar to be added. I was told it comes with almond milk already so I just needed the sugar added. When I get my coffee it tasted horrible. I looked at the slip attached to it and it has pumpkin swirl added which I did not ask for it to be added. This is not the first time my order was messed up at this location. I will not be back nor will I recommend this location to anyone
