I went through the drive thru. I ordered 2 egg sandwiches which were good. But I ordered a decaf coffee w 1 sugar and 3 creams. They gave me a regular coffee (not decaf) with no sugar and 3 shots of blueberry flavor. Yes it tasted as disgusting as it sounds. Had to throw it out and go to Starbucks.

We went thru the drive-thru yesterday. They made a mistake on the previous order and then we could only pay in cash(which we didnt have). They shouldve told us on the speaker that info. And then the coffee was horrible… and I love Dunkin’!

I order from here every morning and the drinks are rarely made right. Today I ordered a coffee with two creams and was basically given a cup on milk and sugar. Had to throw it out and stop at a different location.

This Dunkin is amazing! The staff is friendly and they always get my order correct. It’s a very inviting environment with amazing staff. The food quality is good as well. They make delicious breakfast sandwiches.

Service was horrible the guy that works Sunday night was so ignorant opened window yelled no donuts no coffee no bagels he goes on to say I canceled the doordash order call customer and then slammed the drive-thru window shut…. I then recieved a new order right after that went around to speaker he yells 15 minutes for 3 coffees and waved his hands in the air as I drove up to the window again

The good with the bad. My latte and breakfast sandwich order is always perfect. But dare you ask for a begal.. I’ve never gotten my order right or a fresh one yet. I knew this already but wanted one anyway today. Raisin begal toasted with extra cream cheese. (Because they always skimp) no fancy flavored cream cheese just the most basic request. Asked twice again at the window “did you get the extra cream cheese?” Because I noticed my price didn’t go up and it normally would. I get a none toasted begal with a cream cheese job that looks like the knife barely grazed it. Why are begals the hardest thing for this dunkin to do?? I’m baffled that I confirmed this twice and got both wrong. How is that possible?!

The parking lot is a bit tricky, definitely easier to get in and out during certain times of the day. They usually have everything you need but sometimes the staff seems like they are miserable at the world. I can’t imagine the job is easy, dealing with the public.
