If there are any cars in the drive through, just keep driving, do not stop thinking it will only take a minute, for every 1 car in the drive through ,it takes about 8 -10 min. The longest I’ve waited on several occasions is 40 minutes..that was 4 cars in front of me. I always get my coffee quickly as it’s just a coffee, but everyone in front of me is getting an elaborate 4 course breakfast that they can’t microwave fast enough, so instead of having people pull to the front they just have them sit at the drive through blocking it for no reason. So again, if you decide you are gonna go here,make sure you have a full tank of gas. And this review isn’t morning rush hour, this is usually 10am-3pm time frame

This is about the 4th time that this particular Dunkin has gotten my order wrong for an iced mocha coffee. When you call the number the recording states that the telephone number is out of service. Where are the original workers? They were great!

You never know what you are getting. When they first opened in Pennsville, the employees were great and always had your order right, now, you never know what you are getting.

Hours are posted on the door, wanted to dine in for the morning. Coffee and zoom conference call. Drive thru service active, yet the doors were locked. 3 personnel looked right at me and didn’t seem to care. 3 other people tried the door, and didn’t quite get it either. I can appreciate that the location may be understaffed but dang.

Every time I’ve been here, they’ve messed up my order in some way. Last time I ordered a tea with 1 sugar and 2 bagels. Got 4, repeat 4!, sugars and one bagel. Terrible service and 6 times out of 10, they’ve been out of the bagel I want (at 10 in the morning!) or it’s stale as toast. I am done going to this location. I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to the one by the bridge. They’re always fresh and get my order right!

1 star is too high. I have been to the Pennsville location a number of times and the lobby is never open. I have tried a number of times over the past few months. The sign on the door say hours of operation is 5:00 AM till 8:00 PM. This location seems to be ill-managed.

This is my second time going to this Dunkin’ Donuts Drive-thru store number 1630 waiting about 20 minutes to get my iced latte with sugar-free vanilla almond milk and stevia and when I got it it tastes watered down and this is not the first time I usually go to the one by McDonald’s but I was right at Walmart thought I’d give it another try won’t do that again
