I’ve only been to this DD a handful of times since moving to Pemberton last year. Everytime I’ve been there either my order is messed up or my order is burnt, hard, and/or messy. For example, my egg and cheese wake up wrap was not presentable at all. I’ve been very upset each time, thus me giving them only a handful of chances. Customer service is decent though. Never really had an issue with employees, just the quality and presentation of my food. (This is how i found my wake up wrap.)

Very friendly service. Iced latte tasted great, but was bit pricey. Do not get the pepper bacon. Tasted fine, but was $2.99 for basically 3 or 4 strips of bacon.

Love when Dunkin is fully staffed and you can be in and out very quickly. Did not have to wait long at this location. Staff wasn’t very friendly, they were very quiet. No music here so it was just kind of eerily silent. The coffee was just ok.

Friday May 2nd 1pm very impressed with the service. Counter girl with brown eyes was very friendly, was patient, and did everything right. Kept a smiling face and positive attitude. I wasn’t feeling great but her vibrant service really helped pick me up. Coffee was also fresh and made delicious. Thank you

It has been a while since I have gone into a Dunkin’ but when I went in, it was clean, the team working had great attitudes. They had my mobile order ready to go and everything was better than expected. Kudos to the Managers and staff for a great experience.

Rude rude rude rude staff. Whenever we pull in through the drive thru my fiance always has to say hello because he is never greeted. Then when the person comes on the loud speaker they are rude and talk with an attitude as if they are being bothered.
