The girl who took my order was nice and trying to help, but struggled on the screen when taking my order. No one was able to help her and I ended up using the app to order. When it came to get my drinks, i ordered a frozen drink, and at first was given a frozen matcha late mixed with some coffee. But i never asked for coffee and they remade the drink. When they remade it, all the powder was on the bottom and still in powder form, and when i asked if this looked made correctly, i was told yes, but clearly not. The rude response was not necessary and the wait was about 20 minutes. I normally come here because my order is made quick and correctly, but unfortunately today, i paid for frozen ice and milk and am disappointed.

This is the WORSE Dunkin around. They have a $ . 70 up charge for almond milk! Every other Dunkin is $.10. You will wait forever in the drive thru line as well. This location clearly is taking advantage of shore traffic. I live two minutes away and literally drive past this one to a further one now because they are so bad.

This location is the worse service ever, I waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes, then went inside and was approach by two disrespectful teenage boys, they were not sympathic, not apologetic, just down right rude. Again waited for my food, then decided to cancel my order. I do not recommend this location at all. If the owner is reading, please get respectful employees to work for you, cause they are causing your business to go down

Drive thru person moved very slow since wasn’t really helping with drinks, then finally does after so many minutes of waiting in drive thru. Looked like only 1 other worker working which seemed having difficulty making drinks. Our drinks were made via ingredients, but was never stirred before handing our drinks to us. Plus only had 3 kinds of donuts, which were odd flavors.

Very nice, clean place. It would have been better if the doors were open. I looked and didn’t see hours posted and nothing stating drive-through only on the door. Beautiful landscaping and good service at the window. You can tell that the workers are understaffed and under appreciated, but they made a full line of cars work.

Really nice people working here, but very busy with incredibly rude customers. Been waiting for ten minutes for someone to take my order inside, and drive thru line is around the strip. I feel bad for the nice folk working here dealing with old folk with no common courtesy.

This place is hit or miss. They turn off the ovens early so you can’t get anything hot after about 6PM. Sometimes the food is burnt and the wait is really long. Other times the food is fine and the wait is fine. Inconsistent.

The worker called me broke college kid when I tried to use a gift card. The management here is disgusting, plus they made our drinks wrong. We know the original owner died and now the new management does not give a single flying freak. Disgusting people. Especially the Indian lady that wears a rag on her head, she’s extremely rude and a THIEF.
