I ordered a maple bacon croissant, hash browns, a mango pineapple refresher, and a blueberry glazed donuts and regular donut. I ordered on DoorDash but they had run out of blueberry donuts so they hand wrote me a note and gave me blueberry munchkins and extra glaze donut! I thought that was so sweet of them. visiting from North Carolina, idk what it is about this Dunkin but we visited every morning for 5 days and the orders/drinks were perfect every single visit. The man at the drive thru window and the woman taking the orders were so pleasant to talk to every time

Ordered and it was $15 for a breakfast deal and a chocolate milk. Overpriced to begin with. I get to the window and it’s $19 and the guy acts like he speaks no English. Complete rip off – I refused to pay. Check your receipts people.

Went in with a free donut coupon. I was told they didn’t accept it. The minute I went in the vibes were off everyone seemed rude. I’m never going in there again. I went into another Dunkin donut with the same coupon and got my free donut!

This is by far the very best Dunkin in the area. My drink is consistently made correctly and the price is consistent. Every single employee I have encountered here is very friendly and gracious. The place is spotless.
I used to drink very sugary coffee, 30-48 grams of sugar in 1 coffee! I have found a delicious, lower sugar coffee that I really enjoy here. There is no weird aftertaste with their unsweetened shots (I can vouch for vanilla and coconut). There are no artificial sweeteners in them.
People looking to cut down on their sugar intake and calories-
Medium Iced Macchiato with Oatmilk
2 pumps of unsweetened vanilla
1 pump of unsweetened coconut
3 packets of stevia
4 grams of sugar, 105 calories, 2.5 grams fat, 17 carbs, 2 grams of fiber, 2 grams of protein, 0 cholesterol

Seriously.. I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and this is what they gave me and what it looked like. Your lucky I didn’t come back and raise hell because I was starving and didn’t feel like complaining so I will show the picture. The cheese was cold and not melted. Their customer service is great. I have a Dunkin near me where I live and I stopped going there because I disliked the service. I started going to this one and they remember my name my order and everything! I accidentally ordered something a bit too early and it was sitting for awhile and they remade it for me and everything even when I was the person that placed the order for the wrong time!

Poor customer service. My handy cap mom went to get a drink and they refused to put extra coffee in my mom’s drink and she would have paid extra. Well, you just lost 5 customers and I will be bad mouthing your store. Your don’t deserve a 1 star.
