Came here on 11/2 to pick a polar pizza and these were displayed. There used to be an Indian woman would make amazing cakes and display them nicely. We’ve ordered tons over the years. Came here to pick up a polar pizza for my son’s soccer team and these are what was there. The place needs a good renovation like the new one in Barnegat and someone who can keep up with the cakes/drinks/food supply.

First and last time I stop on my way to work for a treat. I ordered 2 small hot chocolates and a box of munchkins. I waited over 10 minutes and unfortunately I didn’t have any more time to wait. I informed them that I didn’t have any more time to wait for the order, there was no apology or offer for a refund. So over 10 minutes later and out $15 I had to walk out because I didn’t have any more time that I can wait.

The morning crew are great but my goodness does afternoon and weekend crew just blow my mind. Multiple times waiting on orders for 15 minutes plus after a mobile order was placed in advance. One kid just threw 2 drink trays at me after being frustrated not being able to take them apart when I asked for one. Drinks not made properly etc. I told my wife were going to go somewhere else from now on. Where did they get these kids from? Horrible customer service.

Cute little location with a baskin Robbins. Has seating and restrooms. Aleays friendly and orders are always right. Food and drinks are about average for a dunkin. Great for the kids to get some quick ice cream. Love the new 5-8 hours

Really great experience. I stopped by after a previous Dunkin messed up my order. Upon entrance I was complemented on my Taylor Swift hoodie (twice) and the two workers were very nice.

I’m from nyc This Dunkin’ is ok I don’t usually like going there thought when I’m down here I usually go to the one on nj-72 by my beach house I only go to this one when I’m in the area or going that way and I want to keep put that way the dunkin I usually go to is good this one they make the food kinda bad and the coffee kind of bad like just the croissant they make dark and a few other thing no a terrible Dunkin’ but could be better they also should fix up the place a little outdated

The store closed at 8. I went in there at 7:35. Rude girl said no sandwiches, the grill is all clean. Ok then what about just a lemonade. Nope! Everything is clean. I can get a donut or a bottle drink from the cabinet. Absolutely rude, snotty attitude. Never again!

I got a dozen donuts from there and 8 of the 12 tasted like cayenne pepper. I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty and all she said was that she will let the bakery know. Didn’t offer a refund or anything. Take your business elsewhere.

Dunkin Donuts in Manahawkin,NJ near TGI Fridays,deserves a Big Fat Zero for Poor Customer Service…America,May run on Dunkin but unfortunately it doesn’t give the right for a,Manager to walk by a,Table while on her way out the door and say Something,Very Unprofessional to a,Mother who was Tending to her Child,who was having an Off Day….What,a Parent does with their Child and where they go is Really No Concern to You…You,should learn how to mind your own Business and Worry about Yourself and your Establishment…To,even get the Police involved was the Stupidest thing that was Done and when they,came out they already knew that everything was Fine and that People,should stop being a,”KAREN”and Worry about Themselves…Yes,Dunkin Donuts Corporate is already Contacted and they even,”AGREED”with the Parent…Shame on You DD in,Manahawkin,NJ for your poor Customer Service and,you and your Horrible Manager should learn how to Respect your Customers.
