I ordered a few donuts and only then was told that the donuts I wanted were not available, I suggested that I could wait if they made them now, but they refused because they had no products, they brought me the donuts that they had at that time, all in terrible condition, as if they had been standing like this for several days!!! I ordered 5 donuts, in the end they gave me only one and didn’t even refund the money! I am very outraged, very terrible, I went here only because of this, but it is better to go to another place where they can normally solve the problem if it happened, and here they can’t say anything except yes and no! I do not recommend going here, the attitude towards the customer is terrible, the service is terrible!!!

ordered a mango pineapple refresher, cashier insisted i ordered a blueberry one, and proceeded to hand me a drink i did not order. i told her that was incorrect and i would like the pineapple one i ordered she argued with me saying everyone heard me say blueberry, i said i definitely said mango pineapple i would like that one. eventually she makes a new one still saying that i said blueberry, if i said blueberry why would i be telling you the order is wrong?… anyway terrible customer service

Sat 12/6 we went in and two employees were fighting loudly. Ok. It’s a little rude to do in front of guests, but it happens. But when the food takes and extra 10 minutes to make because only one person is actually working, that’s when I got annoyed. I asked if they could stop arguing until we after left and the manager (?) said we could just eat outside. I said I’d prefer they just didn’t fight in front of customers and she started arguing with me. We asked for our money back and I asked for the receipt so I could do a survey and they wouldn’t give it to us. I didn’t really want to get my money, although we deserved it, I would have rather had our breakfast order. Rude and unprofessional.

Embarrassingly awful, borderline comically terrible service. I’m not certain any of the staff has had any proper education in customer service. Too many times I’ve ordered my first item only to be told to pull around before I can order anything else. Once I arrive at the window, most of the time I’m met with a blank, soulless stare until I have to be the one to ask how much the order costs, as the small electronic screen which indicates the price has been broken for over a year.

There’s only a 50/50 chance they get your order right, and if you try to correct their mistake, they argue back with, “No, that’s not what you ordered.” I’ll be driving to a farther location going forward.

Hello Google Family. I visited this Dunkin’ after my magnificent workout at the Edge Fitness Club in Voorhees, NJ. I wanted to order an Iced Coffee, black. I was all ready to order after not being able to get a smoothie at the Edge. You cannot purchase a smoothie by cash there, at this particular location, you must have a card. I opted to go inside, at the Dunkin’, I prefer to go inside, not visit the drive-thru. The people inside asked if I was there to pick up an order, and I said no, I wished to order. I went to the order counter while I waited for someone to assist me. I waited for ten minutes, someone was cleaning the floor and the other associates were assisting people in the drive-thru. I decided to leave, since no one came to help me. I do not see myself coming to this location again. Good night Google Family!!
An update to my original review: I decided to visit today, after my superb spinning class and my weights 20 lbs workout. I wanted a hot coffee, decaf, black with pumpkin, since it was raining and cool today. Oh the air feels so good!!! And the coffee was so delicious!!! I have missed drinking coffee every day. Have a great workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!

Super quick service, extremely friendly staff, and they even have a mascot! Coffee was made just right and the donuts were super fresh at 930am.
Very clean inside and the bathrooms are well cleaned.

A week ago , I met some friends on Saturday. I purchased a coffee and a doughnut, and sat down at a table with three friends. When I placed my coffee on the table, it tilted over, causing my coffee to fly up in the air and splash all over me and the floor. The employees couldn’t have cared less except for the one who replaced my coffee. They seemed more resentful that they had to mop up the mess than concerned that their customer could have been severely burned or that there was a table that rocked so badly that it posted danger to its customers. I returned to the same Dunkin’ Donuts today, and my friends told me the table appeared to be repaired. When I went to sit down with my coffee at the table again, it tilted, causing my hot coffee to splash all over me and completely soak my pants and burn my hands. As it turns out, the table had not been repaired. The employees had simply crumpled up some napkins, and put them under the base of the table in an attempt to to balance it. There was no acknowledgment by the store employees of what happened. No apology, no inquiry as to whether I was okay, no offer to have my clothes cleaned, not even an offer to replace my coffee. I actually had to seek out the store manager to get her to arrange to have someone mop up the floor. A poorly run store with inadequate supervision.
