‼️Got some coffee at 6:50am heading home to get ready. My girlfriend got FOOD POISONING from a drink from this Dunkin. We have been trying for days to get in contact with someone from this dunkin. Every time we’ve placed a call, it says their phone line is busy, no matter what time. We’ve called the corporate number to get a hold of the owner of this PRIVATELY OWNED STORE to at least make the staff aware to check the milk. 3 days later no one can get a hold of them, nor have we received a call back from anybody. We are at the point of heading to the store directly to finally talk to someone in person‼️ PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS FROM ORDERING FROM HERE AS NO ONE IS YET TO KNOW THAT THEIR MILK IS BAD!!

Love the absolute attitude from the employees standing at the front counter. Standing there staring at me as if they have better things to do than take an order so I use the kiosk while they just stood there not working. I ordered assorted munchkins and the blonde chick really slammed the box down on the counter and only gave me chocolate and plain. And this is what it looks like. If you don’t like your job, choose a different one.

America should RUN AWAY from this Dunkin!! Every I go, the wait is extremely long. The drive thru is a minimum of a 25 minute wait. Every employee messes up my order every time. For example, I ordered a hot latte with 2%. After waiting 20 minutes for the latte, I come to find it was made with skim milk. Once the gaslighting by the employee who was telling me that I ordered skim was over, she proceeds to say that they don’t have 2% milk and that 2% is the same thing as skim milk. Her colleague “corrected” her and said no, skim is not the same as 2% but rather skim and 1% are the same. It was at this point I had to leave the premises.
To paint the full picture, they also do not know what “assorted” means when ordering munchkins. The definition of assorted had to be explained so my order could be properly placed.
In conclusion, this Dunkin needs a complete overhaul and upper management MUST step in and fix all of its issues!

SLOWEST dunkin I have ever been to!!!! Employees are usually nice but whether i’m in the drive thru or inside, it is literally the slowest service I have ever had. My drinks are usually good (except today where they messed up my order) but there’s usually about 5-6 employees just standing around or talking when there’s multiple people inside and a drive through line out to the entrance. I literally cannot explain how slow the service is.

Honestly .. I don’t normally leave reviews for any Dunkin because I absolutely know how crazy it gets (I’ve been working at my local Dunks for 7 years) but my experience at this location was pretty bad. The lobby was busy, I let the sales associate know I had a big order, went thru each drink slowly, she repeated them back and cashed me out. I could tell she was stressed by her comments she was making behind the counter. 3 of the coffees were made wrong, I asked for them to be remade, and was kind of left hanging. So I asked for cream and sugar on the side and was met with attitude not by my original server but another employee as well. I personally have been in every situation you can think of as a server but I was beyond polite and was not trying to make it a big deal. I ended up leaving with the coffees as they were because I felt like I was either going to get more attitude or spit in my coffee .. customer service is not for everyone but as a fellow Dunkin’s employee, do better.

Ordered chocolate glazed donuts and Received a devils food chocolate glazed. When I asked for them to fix my order they told me I HAD TO GO THROW AWAY THE DONUT IN THE TRASH FIRST. I understand that they can’t resell it but making ME toss it was not right. It felt so wrong. They said I couldn’t get my ordered Donut untill I tossed the other one. They wanted to CORRECT ME on the correct name for the Donut. It looked glazed in the glass case. I am not a Donut expert and I will NEVER stop here again. Hire some compassionate friendly *Senior Friendly employees.

This Dunkin’ is absolutely terrible went there two days in a row and food and coffee were terrible. Second time I went they kept my debit card I called and asked and they said they had to check with a manager they told me it was found outside the window. Then when I went to go pick it up I was told it was found all the way out back by the dumpster. I was never even “outback” then I find out the manager just threw it in the trash. Terrible store should just close this location between the food attitudes and service

I went to get a hot tea before work & sat in the drive-thru was over 12 minutes behind another 2 customers…I had to pull out of the line to leave or would have been late for work. This was at 7:30am…I love Dunkin Tea & coffee!!
