No customer service. They are so rude here!!!! I went to the drive thru and they got my order wrong. Not once but twice then had the audacity to get mad at me like if I said it wrong. Gave me my money back and told me to go somewhere else. I was shocked because if I would of ordered wrong I would of took the mistake and purchased a new one. Always in a rush. They need to learn how to listen correctly and not be so rude. Never giving them my money ever again!!!!!!

The usual stuff. Donuts and coffee. They close early despite the 11pm time given on the website. THEY CLOSE BETWEEN 7 and 8pm Odd for a DD. I live 2 blocks away and drive by regularly so I know this is absolutely true.You need a DD card to order from the online app. Not overly friendly but they barely speak english and I’m not there for conversation. I’ve uploaded an exciting cup of coffee for your viewing pleasure. The coffee is good. It’s always hot and fresh. IRS convener and there is more than 1 car in the drive thru. The 3 stars is fir the closing early. That’s WAY TOO EARLY TO CLOSE.

How is it i go here everyday for coffee and donuts. Now today at 1.10 went for coffee and doughnuts and they dont have any doughnuts made at all. The staff is not always friendly, in fact they are often rude. My orders are way too often wrong (as happens at most DD unfortunately), and the last coffee I got was cold (I ordered a hot coffee). They suspiciously change their prices constantly also. Inflation is to be expected but the prices here often don’t make sense AT ALL and change from day to day. I won’t be going back to this location-yet ANOTHER DD that I’ll no longer give my money to.
