I went in tonight to get a donut, 10 munchkins and a medium hot chocolate. The total was 8 and some change no problem. I paid on the screen and it said to pick up receipt at pickup area. The woman who was working then says there are no munchkins on the order. I asked if just hot chocolate and a doughnut would equal eight dollars and she said no. When I showed her the charge of eight dollars on my phone, she said that that doesn’t matter because it was pending. She then noticed she was out of receipt paper and went to get a new roll. When she put a new roll in, I saw the correct receipt print out and said total items three. She quickly crumbled it up, threw it in the trash and said sorry no receipt no munchkins but I’ll give them to you anyway. Even though I saw that it said munchkins on the receipt before she crumbled it up. I don’t appreciate being gaslit. Very bad customer service.

I have been going to this Dunkin two years. There has been repeated small mistakes. For example when they gave me a Sabrina day time refresher after I drank it there was plastic at the bottom of the cup! Next time I ordered a large and they gave me a medium. Today I ordered a plain egg and cheese bagel and they gave me cream cheese. The drinks are not reliable they tasted way too milky.

Terrible. I can admit I went a couple minutes before closing I did not know they close at 8 and should’ve looked it up before, I go up and I place my order I got 2 hot chocolates and a sandwich with no cheese and two orders of hash browns they proceeded to take my food order even though they knew they were going to close I also wanted a donut and they said we don’t have donuts or munchkins. understandable, i go to the window the girl has my two hot chocolates and proceeded to charge me for what i got and handed me my drinks i was waiting a couple minutes for the food and the manager comes to the window saying they closed at 8 but I ordered some food so they were staying pass 8 oclock. very unprofessional, this should’ve been told to me when I was placing my order that you ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS FOR FOOD. I got home I got a sandwich for my son and he wanted a sausage egg sandwich. I get home and there is only an EGG. I didn’t order an EGG SANDWICH. NEXT TIME REFUND ME AT THE WINDOW instead of taking the money.

I placed my order on line and when I pulled up the female working handed my coffee without the lid on secured and I got hot coffee in my lap and all over my vehicle controls, I told her I need napkins and they took sweet time handing the napkins. The female working there is rude and very unpleasant. Done with that DD!

Worst experience ever. I go to DD all the time, I will not be coming back here. They have a bunch of disrespectful kids running the store. They got my order wrong and refused to fix it. They threw my croissants into a bag without wrapping it, they were cold on the inside and I got a Butter Pecan Crunch frozen coffee and the teenager working there said it doesn’t come with crunchy stuff on top when I know for a fact it does and showed him a picture on the DD website with it on and he said it was only for the latte. The service was so bad and they were so rude it put me in a bad mood for the rest of my evening. When I asked for a manager, they said there was no manager in the store.

Terrible customer service. I waited to give my order for 7 mins and no body answered, I then pulled up to the window and the employee working at the window had such a nasty attitude. When I told her nobody answered me she said “I was taking an order” but I don’t know whose order she was taking given there was no car in front of me. After getting such bad service, I was then handed my order. I ordered a caramel frozen coffee with extra caramel and my coffee was pitch black with no flavor whatsoever. I will never be going here ever again.

Waited in the drive through for 10 mins, not response. I drove up to the pay window and the person there said, “sorry didn’t hear you was attending to the inside customers” I asked, “so should I drive around?” He said, “yeah maybe” so I drove around and STILL didn’t get any response. I drove off without being served.

This place is very busy. They run out of bagels in different flavors very early. So I had to get a plain bagel but it was good and fresh.
