The food is not bad, when they get it right. They never put the sweetener in the tea. I’ve gotten tu the point that I won’t leave until I taste it. The other day, I handed it back to guy, and proceeded to argue with me. The service is really bad. I avoid this location when I can. With Brew 7 opening basically across the street, this one really needs to clean up it’s act.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR COFFEE!!! My mom lives near this dunkin so I visit there frequently, EVERY SINGLE TIME my coffee taste watered down! And if you ask for extra extra sugar still taste like they put NONE in at all. If this happened once or twice, I get it things happen, however I have been here atleast 20 times and it’s happened every single time!!

I moved to this area about three years ago and was genuinely excited to have a Dunkin’ Donuts so close to home. In the beginning, everything was great—friendly service, consistent coffee, and a clean environment. Unfortunately, things took a turn after the ownership changed.
Since then, the quality has noticeably declined. Some days my coffee tastes watery, and on multiple occasions, the lids weren’t secured properly. One time, my coffee spilled all over my car because the lid wasn’t on correctly. When I returned to let them know, instead of an apology, I was charged for a replacement and told it was “just the new lids.” That response was incredibly frustrating.
Another time, a young man at the drive-thru handled cash and then placed his dirty hands directly on my coffee lid. When I pointed out how unsanitary that was, he dismissed my concern by saying, “You ordered a straw anyway,” and told me not to come back if I didn’t like it. That level of disrespect was shocking.
To top it off, I was told by someone who used to work there that they mix unsold donuts from the previous day with fresh ones. If that’s true, it’s extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about food quality.
I really wanted to support this location, but the lack of care, poor hygiene, and dismissive attitude have made it hard to continue. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements.

Really don’t know what to say because when we came here. Not a lot of donuts to choose from. The selection was as you seen in the pictures, nothing and one was hard. Came here for my Granddaughter Unique. Had to wait awhile for service, and no one was in the store at the counter.

they need to retrain some of their cashier’s at the window about customer service. I was rudely told to pull up just so the cashier could hand me my food. In fact, she just waved her hand like I was some type of kid to pull up and had a attitude about the whole situation. Usually, I have a good experience with them in the morning, but this lady was very rude this morning. there are better ways to talk to people, especially when you’re dealing with adults. Stop the nonsense for real. I even said thank you after she handed me my food and her response was yeah. Like come on lol

The food at the Dunkin’ Donuts is serviceable that is when you can get it the workers are very unresponsive and will get your order wrong often I sit in there often to do schoolwork and they almost always mess up my pick up order and you will hear a lot of customers come in saying that their order is also wrong and they were in the drive-thru so I know it’s not just me ordering something complicated. They just suck.

If you’ve gotten food/drinks and it was correct and good, wonderful, mine was far from it. Iced coffee does not sound like hot coffee…I say iced she’d repeat back hot coffee. Annoying and frustrating. 2 croissant sandwiches…they must have went behind the dumpster and found 2 croissant from 6 months ago and warmed them up 3 times… super hard, dry, slightly burnt. This is my first and last time at this site. One and done.

There is no way there is any type of coffee in here. I know i asked for cream and pumpkin but this is all cream and pumpkin. Nothing else. Most of them don’t even want to be there and the guy the works night will sit and text on his phone instead of helping. I’ll just go to Starbucks down the road.

I normally don’t care for dunk in donuts coffee but on this day our electric had been out for a whole day. So the coffee was delicious and at just the right strength.. Also my son and I spent quite a amount of time in the store because our phones had no battery. The staff were very courteous and caring ..The had a large amount of business coming in and out. I highly recommend this Dunk in Donuts they care about their customers.
