Won’t be going back here again! My coffee tasted weak and sweet like perfume. The bagels were not toasted as requested, and they were very chewy. The cream cheese tasted sour. I had an upset stomach all day. Although, the young lady at the window seemed to be pleasant, I will not be returning.

The lady who was taking my order denied me the restroom when the restroom didn’t even have a sign of out of service. I asked, and she didn’t even look at me. She just told me no restroom. The lady was very rude.

Went there today and even though there were 6 people working no one even came over. They now have kiosk to order. Couldn’t find what I needed. So finally I went over to someone and said I couldn’t use the kiosk still no one came to wait on me. Several people came to get donuts in front of me and still no one waited on me. I left. My husband goes there every day to get coffee for us. They are all rude. My husband can’t use the kiosk and the young man there told him to use it and walked away. He almost left but the older man stopped him and waited on him. No personal service anymore. It’s across the street from us. I’ll go to 541 from now on.

To begin with-in reality one restaurant in 25 is customer HOSPITABLE. These people do not know how to make coffee. And every location Burns every cup for you. You know they would rather mainly serve tea. As most of them will blushingly confide to you. 24 out of 25 company employees that have come here to work from Indía at the counter leave the customer with the distinct impression that they feel imposed upon to have to serve you.. and that they would rather be somewhere else rather than doing the job that they are there for to do. I came to this location this morning to get my free coffee which they gave me a hard time about so I went around and re-ordered with the app. The guy on the intercom starts screaming at me in the drive-through and then once I get up to get my food they’re missing an item and charging me for the free coffee. They are absolutely miserable doing their job, this site should consider new staff. ZEROS STARS
