I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts and it’s very mediocre. Don’t bother after 12, your order will be wrong, it’s like the hire people and just tell them to walk in and figure it out in the afternoon. It’s very up and down, but my expectations are low and it’s the closest Dunkin to my house. The coffee was good. The staff is pretty nice and generally accommodating. It’s a pretty normal Dunkin Donuts.

I’m so disappointed that they never get my order right. I just came through the drive through, specifically, said sausage and cheese croissant, no egg. They repeated my order back to me.And I repeated, no egg.I have an aversion to eggs.I get to work and find there’s a egg on my sandwich. This happens too often that they’re not paying attention to the order. Then, when I attempt to call them the phone just rings.And no one ever answers.

The sandwiches are always cold and the customer service is horrible when you ask them to correct your order. They dont change there gloves which makes me no not wanna go back. I went inside to order and one of the employee got a bucket of ice and then went to start making food without changing her gloves. Imagine the germs that was transferred to the food.

I don’t understand why these workers think it’s so hard to do there job, Dunkin’ makes us pay roughly 5-6 dollars for a sandwich and these lazy workers cant melt my cheese and toast anything for the life of them, I understand I worked in a industry like this but no matter how much you hate your job you still need to do it right. Dont waste your money on coming here billion dollar company btw can’t even teach there workers how to do there damn job.

I have been going to Dunkin less and less now of days because the quality has been very poor ( low bean count coffee or terrible tasting – missing or wrong items etc. ) and the the price is so high that if I’m going to spend $4-$5 on a coffee I’m going to go to Starbucks and know that I’m going to love my coffee EVERY TIME. But today really takes the cake… I decided to go to this Dunkin and just grab and Egg & Cheese on a bagel. When I pulled the sandwich out of the bag, it was cold.. like really cold. I looked at the sandwich and they literally gave me a cold egg with a cold piece of cheese on an un-toasted bagel. This was my final straw and I will not even try to go to Dunkin anymore. It’s not worth the gamble anymore and who knows what kind of bacteria or food born illness is growing on their food if the employees don’t even care to toast a sandwich, they probably don’t care about proper food handling or sanitation.

I ordered a coffee and the snackin bacon. I pulled off, sipped my coffee, then went to eat a piece of bacon, when I noticed it was cold. I looked in the bag, and noticed all them were cold, you could literally see the fat/lard sitting on top of each piece. Because I was omw to work, I didn’t have time to go back, so I called to let them know what happened. The associate preceded to tell me that’s how it’s supposed to be served, it’s not supposed to be hot, and that it’s like beef jerky… … and sorry not sorry but thats when I lost it. Not only did you give me a ridiculous excuse as to why it was cold, instead of apologizing, she then when on to a full blown argument with me. Poor customer service is an understatement here, and she claimed she was the General Manager! Shame on you Dunkin Donuts, and whoever is the owner of thus franchise! I would never want or have such an employee as the face/voice of company!
