I ordered from here as a mobile order for my boyfriend and the service was very quick and efficient the store as a whole was very neat and clean, the staff were nice. His items were fresh and prepared within minutes of ordering. Would definitely come here in the future and order from here again

The staff are friendly, but the atmosphere is not great. It’s a dive coffee shop giving the least amount of quality possible while still grasping at some clientele. I have been there a few times and enjoyed myself because of the people I am with. I probably would not frequent this place if i wasn’t asked to meet there by a friend, but I will never recommend it.

One of, if not the better/best of DD‘s I’ve ever been too. the key is service and the star when I go there is Allen! He’s always up beat and right on with my orders! He better get a raise and then some. When others messed up my order, he went above and beyond to fix it. DD is lucky to have an employee as exemplary as him!

It wasn’t even a half hour before they closed and we were told “our frozen machine is down” which are key words for “I already cleaned them (way too early) and don’t feel like cleaning them again”. Not a great way to satisfy customers.

We order frozen drinks thru mobile app,After waiting for several mins in drive thru, when we finally got to the window our “frozen” drinks were melted. I asked if I could just get my money back and she said I had thru go thru my mobile app. I asked for help and the worker said she didn’t know how to do it. I asked for a manager and supposedly she here was no manager which I find hard to believe. Then the worker who was taking care of us started laughing with her other coworker. Worst experience ever and it was my first time going to that Dunkin. Never again.

4 employees. Too buisy hanging out to complete only customer order correctly and when handed food get “oops” your still waiting on coffee. Then ignored. When asked for a customer feedback card. Employees claimed they didn’t have any.

The manager to this dunkin is a disgrace!!! Nasty disgusting long greasy hair doesn’t even wear a hair net!!!! Wouldn’t give me extra whip cream when told them to charge me for it. Here everyday multiple times a day never complain but today I did he refused to give me his bosses info bc privately owned . I spend thousands of dollars here. They never have anything never have munchkins, machines shut down hours before closings. Don’t get me started on bagels they barely put cream cheese on them, unless u ask the basin is RAW LIKE IT CAME OUT OF BAG!!! My drinks are never filled to top. For 6$ plus dollars a drink is unexceptable …
