The employees here are very friendly! There is one in particular I’d like to shine a spotlight on. She is a young lady named Lena, with gorgeous curly hair, usually in a ponytail or two, who is always super sweet and gives great suggestions. She knows what she is doing at Dunkin Donuts! She needs a huge bonus and a raise. Keep up the great work and thank you for serving the community with a smile!

This place is the worst! I have ordered breakfast sandwiches here many times, every time they are cold. Last visit I ordered at drive-thru ask for egg and cheese croissant toasted. Pulled to the window and in 12 seconds sandwich handed to me not toasted cheese not melted and cold. Donuts are terrible too. Last time for me, unfortunately I am here all summer!

Hands down this is the worst Dunkin Donuts that I have ever been too and so far, my issues have been during the offseason. I can only imagine the issues they have once LBI gets busy. From missing items, incorrect items, cold coffee I have yet to get a correct order from them. I’ve gone here numerous time for matter of convenience (drive thru) but would much rather go to the Dunkin on 72 in Manahawkin without a drive thru and get out of my car. Avoid this place at all costs…

Hands down worst dunkin I’ve been to. Keep stopping because of location, but I still dont think out of at least 20 visits in the past month they have gotten a single one of my orders correct. Coffee is always old, has grinds, tastes bad, Always receive attitude from the staff, and as I previously stated, have not made one of my orders correctly. I don’t recommend stopping here for even the simplest of orders. It simply isn’t worth it.

This place sucks! The worst D&D I’ve ever been. The staff is completely incompetent and clueless to anything going on the simplest orders like coffee extra cream and sugar gets screwed up. The radio stations seem to be more of an importance then customer service. Just go to wawa they at least get the orders correct.
