The Man who owed this Dunkin Donuts checked me out when I bought 3 coffees and 2 donuts. He stated the total came to $20.50 when my teenage son and I watched him ring every single item up and the total on the cash register clearly said $17.28, I paid and then realized he charged me wrongly. I asked for a receipt, he handed me one after looking at it and it was only for one small hot coffee equalling $2.59 . I told him this wasn’t my order. When he handed me the wrong receipt, he took a bunch of other receipts ,including mine and threw them in the trash can. I told him you just threw mine out , he acted like he didn’t realize he did it and said he couldn’t get it out of the trash because ” it’s gross” and he couldn’t reprint it from the register, even tho no one had ordered after me. I told him he just ripped me off 5 dollars. He acted like he didn’t understand. I said , again, ” you charged me $3 more (at least) then I was supposed to be charged. My son and I watched you ring every single item up and the total should be around $17 , not almost $22.” He literally laughed at me and shrugged his shoulders. I told him, I’d never be back to his establishment and I’d tell everyone how he conducts business. I walked out calmly out to my car. Told my husband and he walked in . As soon as he saw my husband he started mumbling stuff my husband told him how wrong he was to rip off a woman and walked out. He then came running after him with a bunch of donuts in a bag apologizing. My husband said ” you should apologize to my wife!” He then even went as far as walking up to my car window to apologize. I appreciate the apology but honestly feels like the owner just got caught ripping customers off! Also sad he laughed at me but he changed when my husband approached him. I don’t comment on my businesses but can’t let someone rip off hardworking people! I will never go to this Dunkin again and I hope others don’t support his business!

Not a bad Dunkin. No drive-thru but conveniently located on route 70. There is some decent parking but can get hectic in the morning. Their coffee and donuts are like any other Dunkin. Service isn’t bad and the staff tries to move the line along quickly. There is some seating inside but not a lot. No outside seating, but with the traffic you wouldn’t want to be out there anyway.

Extremely pleasant staff when I come in here, no matter the time of day. They’re always quick and my order is just right every time. The food and drinks taste better than many of the other Dunkins I’ve been to. It’s a great location and I always get so happy when I get the time to stop by this location.

There is no drive through. There are about 7 parking spots and the entire parking lot is one way circle.

The lady there is always on her phone with her AirPods in ignoring you when she takes your order, and then proceeds to mess up the order every time im there so that I have to correct her. Sucks everything else like the sandwiches are great though

The young lady who made the iced green tea wasn’t friendly at all. I will never go to this location anymore. The iced green tea didn’t look like green tea at all. The color of the green tea was so light. She had an attitude when my dad asked her to make a new one. The guy who worked at the counter offered to make a new batch and it looked better. This location used to have friendly staff.

One of the freshest Dunkin locations around. Their staff is great & the food as well. The interior has an amazing lounge setup for inside dining or even just to sit down and use your laptop or simply hang out. The do have wifi as well.

I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years Mon-Friday faithfully. Never had a issue food and drinks are always right. Only thing I don’t like is when I have my hand out to receive a straw or a receipt, it’s placed on the counter instead. I don’t think the staff mean anything by it. I just thought that by now they’ll catch on. It’s just common courtesy.

Extremely rude ! I placed an online order with very obvious but different request . As I seen the lady making my coffee I did explain to her that I didn’t want what she was putting into my coffee. She then got mad & rude , saying something to the other female in their language NOT TO MENTION . I ask if my iced coffee had sugar in it 1’d the lady said “no” and literally threw the creamer on the counter at me without saying sorry. This was my first and last time coming to this location.
