I just went thru the drive thru and ordered a sweet black pepper bacon and egg with white cheddar cheese on croissant and a hot coffee. Coffee was good, but the sandwich they gave me wasn’t what I ordered it was a sausage and egg with orange cheddar cheese on croissant. I went to look for my receipt to call them but they didn’t even give me that. I’ve been at this location and every single time they mess up my order. I’m so tired of this and when I tried to call it said the calls were restricted. This is the worst Dunkin donuts ever. They do not pay attention to peoples orders.

Waited in line almost 20 mins only one other car in the drive through. Asked for an everything bagel they gave me a bagel with a smidge of seasoning. Asked for lightly toasted and clearly this is toasted toasted. Ordered hash browns and they gave me old hard and cold hash browns

We are waiting for 30 minutes on the line, only two other customers front of us and then wait for another 20 minutes to get the food. It’s really bad management and runs on Dunkin’ business. They don’t know what do. It’s a terrible business service. Probably nobody check on reviews. Because I just saw other reviews their reviews were bad, also! That means they are bad business and services!

Lid wasn’t put on coffee properly the handed me through the drive through window . Spilled all over me, the car door, dash, seat, etc before I even had a chance to check the lid. Their solution was handing me a new coffee and two napkins. Unbelievable… I buy coffee at Dunkin Donuts twice a day from different locations in my travels. I never have issues like this.

wow. just wow. i arrived at this dunkin location at 6:45am and didn’t leave until 7:25am, and i was the only person there. in the drive thru, i was waiting for someone to take my order for about 15 minutes. when my order was finally taken and i pulled up to the window, they had made 2 out of 2 of my drinks wrong and forgot my donut, egg bites, and hashbrowns. the POS machine was not working and took about 10 minutes to fix. while waiting at the window, i saw no staff working on my order, but i did see a staff member FEELING UP another’s butt. in front of customers and all the while not doing their job. this location is very convenient for me since it’s right before 295 north, but unfortunately i can’t go there anymore. sad.

Oh, man. As you all know I am always fair in my reviews, and this particular Dunkin fails in almost every way. My friend and I walked in and noticed right away they were out of almost every donut and bagel. So, we saw that they did ha e two chocolate donuts left. Then we ordered iced tea…and they were out. Of one of their signature drinks. So we had to order green tea. Then we tried to pay, and couldn’t give our card to the person working the counter, we had to use the ordering machine to complete the transaction. Now, the person was completely apologetic for the lack of options…something I give her credit for. However, she Then got so frustrated she started expressing that frustration openly with swear words. In front of customers, including a 5 year old kid. Unacceptable. She also explained that this happens daily because the morning rush wipes them out. So then why is this Dunkin not replenished? Its sad, and I would not recommend gojng to this particular Dunkin, especially in tbe afternoon. And finally, the other worker there didn’t seem to help the one worker at all, didn’t jump in to help, and didn’t even seem to ow what donuts were which.

Did a mobile drive thru order was told I had to come in and pick up due to being short staffed. Go in to get order. 3 orders snackin bacon. Checked order I was given 3 bags with 1 piece of bacon in it. When I asked for a refund due to timing issues associates were extremely rude. I asked to speak to manager no manager

After multiple trips here I’m confident this is the worst dunkin in this area. Not only do they constantly mess up the order and are out of common items, they also make you feel like a bother to them. Yesterday I got two pieces of plastic in my drink, that was the last straw…. the employees simply do not care.

Just got a bacon wakeup wrap. It was sitting in oil and there was burnt pieces all over it. Service was also so slow. I was the only car. Judging by the reviews, this seems common here. Sad.

This is the slowest location. Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes for a mobile pick up. The order of just a coffee and munkins was not even ready after waiting 30 minutes. The staff was rude.
