Went through the drive through this morning. After waiting for almost 15 minutes to get to the order speaker we drove away and found out our orders were missing ingredients. We ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and it did not have cheese. We also ordered a sausage egg and cheese on sourdough which is supposed to have two eggs and two pieces of sausage, it had one egg with cheese and no sausage. Complete waste of money, go elsewhere for breakfast unless you want to be ripped off.

Terrible service! Staff is very unprofessional! Went there and ordered a matcha latte, and the worker gave us the latte with most of the matcha powder undissolved. I told them why is it like this and they said because “its powder!” and they said its okay. We made it fast so the powder still there. I said who wants to drink powder?! I was furios!! None of the 2 went and resolved my problem, instead they just talked in their language.

The establishment was staffed by two Indian gentlemen, and the premises appeared clean. However, their demeanor was perceived as impolite, with no greetings offered. The coffee, prepared with excessive sugar, prompted a request for adjustment, which was met with a dismissive comment in Gujarati, followed by the employee’s departure.
In contrast, employees at Dunkin’ Donuts, also often operated by Indian individuals, generally exhibit better customer service skills, including basic greetings. It is recommended that the staff in question be trained on fundamental customer service etiquette.

Declined to order a breakfast sandwich at 5:26pm because they were cleaning. Yet no one actually cleaning the oven they claimed at this time. Very unprofessional sounds to me like they just didn’t feel like making it.

The person behind the counter was rude and ignorant, I walked in and completely ignored me while serving the window and yes he was alone but he could of said hello I’ll be right with you. He continued to wait on the window and I said do you see us and of course he started with an attitude. Not a customer related employee this was my first and last time at this place. The manager called but of course you could not understand one word he said.

This is by far the best Dunkin in the entire area. I exclusively come here and the two employees Dua and Augdene (I know I probably butchered the spelling) are stellar customer service and super friendly. Orders are always on point and always fresh quality!

If I could give a zero I would have! Horrible! I purchased coffee and half hour before they closed.. and asked them to put an expresso shot.. the coffee was so weak.. it taste like water.. I decided I didn’t want the coffee and asked for a refund.. my husband kept his.. when the fake manager came.. he told me he did not know how to work the refund system.. and told me he could not give me a refund.. and insisted there was nothing wrong with the coffee, I told him I prefer a refund.. again he tell me he could not give me a refund..I asked for his manager name and he refused to give it to me and walked away.. I insisted I wanted a refund he proceeded to talk to my husband as if I wasn’t there..my husband told him that I wasn’t happy with the coffee and he was wrong.. then he ask for my receipt and took the money from their tip jar.. how is it that you are a closing manager and can’t help a customer with a refund. He was very rude and demanded that I take donuts or just to make up the difference, at that point I didn’t want anything from their store!! You guys need to train your staff how to handle customers, he was so rude, the cashier had a better understanding then him!

Dropped in for tea and some work at 5:45. . Asked if they could clean table but the rag was really dirty so I decided to wet a few napkins except NO napkins. Asked worker to please fill napkin holder – he said NONE available until tomorrow. Stopped in bathroom – toilet bowl had a black ring = bowl had not been cleaned for a while. Gross! First visit – last visit.

Stopped in at 6:45pm to grab a coffee and work a bit on my laptop in the seating area. When purchasing my coffee I asked about closing time and the man said store closed at 9pm. Cool. 15 mins later at 7pm the man comes and tells me the seating area closes at 7pm. We exchanged words because he literally lied to me. As I was driving off, I could see 2 staff members coming out with those big food racks out to the seating area and began cleaning it/wiping it down. My guess is they needed the area to clean all those racks so that they can get out on time and couldn’t do it with me physically present. Shame

WORSE SERVICE EVER! The lady at the window needs a rude awakening for real for real! She got a real nasty attitude and ignored my boyfriend questions when he nicely asked her about his receipt and his food order! This was today 3/26/24 bright and early in the morning! He asked for two bacon two hash browns and a coffee seems like an easy order right? Okay well when he gets his order there is two items missing he nicely asked for his donut and she looked at him like he was a dummy then he still didn’t get his other item and he kindly asked for a copy of the receipt and she literally ignored him. If it wasn’t for him having to be on work on time he would have cursed her out! It’s too early to be this damn cranky. Customer service starts from the time you open to the time you close it’s that simple. He will never go to y’all location anymore because of her. Thanks for ruining his morning and his breakfast. Pathetic.
