The day crew people are fine. However, whoever they have on the night crew keeps continuously putting hazelnut instead of blueberry in my matcha lattes. I don’t understand how or why it keeps happening but it genuinely gets irritating spending $5 on a drink that I immediately throw out because it’s disgusting.

I came more often when my pal worked there. They churn. My only problem is the blatant misuse of plastic gloves when providing food service. If you’re going to wear gloves to protect the customer from bacteria, you shouldn’t use those same gloves to make their food, handle their change, and find a spare bag somewhere in some drawer hidden under some microwave in the back. Change the gloves, you have the money.

Decent prices, good coffee. Sometimes out of stock on certain food items but only a small amount of the time when I stop in. Service is usually fast, friendly and accurate. One of my go-to Dunkin Donuts

I was bummed the Beyond Sausage sandwich was gone from the menu. Not this place’s fault, but still. Decaf coffee was good though, which makes me feel like it wasn’t sitting on the heating element too long. Which was nice.

This specific Dunkin’ off of speedwell always has excellent customer service. I can rely on the store to be clean and my order to be nicely placed on the shelving unit for my walk in pick up order. Everyone is nice and friendly and I can count on my order being properly made. I go out of my way (past another Dunkin’) just to go to this location! Even though they are very busy and with signage apparently understaffed, these kids are doing a fantastic job!

I love coming here!!! I work at the acme next door and I stop in every now and then to get a quick drink. They are super fast, efficient, and SO FRIENDLY!!’ OMG!!! Especially this one guy (I don’t remember his name) that’s always at the front taking orders. It’s by far my favorite DD that I’ve ever been to and they will always get my business!

Placed an order, it came out wrong. The manager blamed me for ordering incorrectly and said “it won’t be a problem to make the one you want” I asked him why would there be a problem getting the correct order. It was like he was doing me a favor instead of correcting the mistake.
