THIS PLACE SUCKS AND THE PERSON WHO WEARS A WIG IS RUDE AS HELL. i work IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY and i would never even think of showing a customer attitude. took everything in me not to show it back. no wonder the tips were low. someone take care of this. they were mad bc i came in 20 minutes before closing?? control urself w the attitude.

This Dunkin used to be a really good place to go to, but now it can really be hit or miss. When ordering munchkins on the app, they are often out or forget to give them to you, and ask you to go on line anyways (which defeats the point of using the app). They also put their munchkins in cups, which makes them very slimy and not as good when eating. I really hope they can make a comeback soon!

The crew working at 3:30pm Friday 11/11 was incredibly friendly. Just all around exceptional service with an authentic welcoming attitude. Bravo. If my coffee was incorrect (it wasn’t; it was exactly what I ordered) I’d still return because of the service.

What horrible, disrespectful staff. That guy who worked at the counter today, October 21st, 430PM needs to be fired and never see a job ever again. First of all, all I asked for was light ice and he rolled his eyes at me so I walked out and my boyfriend finished getting our order. And my boyfriend only asked him to throw out the dunkin donuts gift cards we used and the employee laughed in my boyfriend’s face and basically told him to throw it out himself because there’s garbage cans all around him and it’s on his way out

Bad crew member give no time. Always rushing customer to place order. No greetings. I loved with old crew. Since the management change I think so. It’s doesn’t worth coming here. We have a better option around. It’s hard to understand with mask on.
