This place has really gone downhill. Breakfast sandwiches are falling apart, donuts are always put in bag upside down to the frosting comes off all over the bag, and the new management is rude.
I’ve had quite a few issues since the new management and every interaction I’ve had with the manager was unpleasant.
Update: If you’re ordering a mobile order. Order like 15 minutes ahead of time instead of when you’re getting close to the restaurant. They take absolutely forever to fulfill a mobile order even when it’s not busy. It is so frustrating every time I walk in there and I have to ask them for my food order which is sitting on a table behind the counter instead of on the mobile pickup station. Half the time the order isn’t even finished yet or it’s missing items and you have to flag someone down to have them finish it and I can’t even find the ticket for your order. So ridiculous.
Another update: Today I received an insurance coffee grinds in my coffee. Absolutely disgusting. Why would you pour that?

I have a medical condition. I have to go to restaurants that have bathrooms. In suburbia, this includes Dunkin’ Donuts. The bathroom in this restaurant today does not work. Is it really that difficult to have a working bathroom? I managed to do it 365 years in my house. This discriminates against old people and people with medical problems; how rude.

I have been coming here for years everyday, for the past month or so they had a new girl as a manager and believe when I say she is the best manager I seen in this place. Very nice and since she been there this place been spotless. Whoever that women is she should get some type of recognition cause she has made some great changes here. Hope they keep her. I have never seen such a rude staff (not all). This female with pink hair and nose pierced literally laughed at me when I asked about my coffee. Just letting you know that we are a big organization and we were excited for the opening of this location. Guess what, you just lost a plenty of customers.
