Horrendous management at this location. Had one teenager, inexperienced and unequipped to handle the rush and the stress, managing the store without one other person to come in to cover and help. Ridiculous staffing at 3p in the afternoon for a busy location that takes both mobile orders and walk ins. Took 35 minutes for my mobile order to be fulfilled. Never again, Chester.

This Dunkin is by far superior to any other dunkin I’ve been to since I moved to long valley! The service is wonderful and coffee and food is always made wonderful! This is my go to spot in the morning before work annd I’m Always greeted with a warm welcome. 5 stars!

We ordered a drink that costed $5.21 after tax BUT they charged us $8.40 even they the employee specifically told us $5.21. Then when confronted about it, they tried only refunding 3 dollars instead of the $3.19. When we asked them why, they said that they would refuse to pay the rest because it was taxes even though we had already paid for the tax on the $8.40 they charged us. They also refused to give us a receipt when asked even though we saw her print out the receipt and then throw it away right under the table.
