Quality has significantly gone down. There is no place to sit, most of the time the bathrooms are not usable by customers, and the quality of any food that they have to put together is just awful. This is a picture of my takeout bagel.

Best Dunkin of whole New Jersey!!!! Very neat and clean always friendly staff and courteous service never any issues and complaints. Very neat and clean always shining and bathrooms are clean too. Convenient location right off 46 and easy in and out no delays and plenty of parking available

The service early in the morning is fast. The people who own it or work there are very friendly and nice. They always are fully stocked with fresh donuts and muffins. Every flavored iced coffee I’ve ever ordered was delicious and made to taste.

I have stopped at this location several times. I have no problem placing a quick order and waiting less than 5 minutes for food and drinks to be ready. Always prepared as asked! This is a good Dunkin’ location to stop. Would definitely recommend getting your morning fix at this location.

If you like your coffee a specific way do not go here. The staff completely ignores you. I live around the corner so it’s a convenient location, however without exaggeration at least 30 times I have asked for an iced coffee with a tiny bit of almond milk.
5 seconds later they proceed to fill half the cup with milk, barely put any coffee, and hand it to you.
It happened so much it turned into asking the same thing 20 different ways, me apologizing when 5 seconds later they make it after ignoring you, and then still getting back a medium iced milk with a splash of coffee.
I’m finally done. Beware.

Dude at the counter was friendly and took my order. From there, things went downhill. I was one of three customers in store. Each of our simple orders were made wrong or missing items. When I told the worker I was missing an item, she said “yes” and walked away. I admire her chill, but I paid for that other wrap. I got a different workers attention. She listened, then carefully checked my bag tag and counted the lonely, single wrap in the bag before shuffling off to make another. Perhaps that eagle eyed attention to detail would have been better used earlier when the original order was placed? I don’t know, I’m just a dumb civilian.
