Worst dunkin in America. Waited 15 minute no one was there then I called to the back to ask if someone could help. And this gremlin came out from the back and didn’t say a word I gave her my order and she gave me attitude. I told her I didn’t like her attitude and she laughed and told me to leave. Crazy. Hope she is no longer working there. But I added a picture so every one can steer clear of her.

Wish I could give it one star. HORRIBLE. Rude people (you have to add your own sugar?????) donuts were day old I believe. If not they were not stored properly or something. Stale, tasted horrible and dry. Will never return here. I will wait on line at the one in Port Jervis less than a mile away!

The worst dunkin in America….the cashier couldn’t work the register. Then, after ordering $30 worth of lattes, the latte machine “broke”….couldn’t get a refund because the cashier doesn’t know how to do that. You’re better off to ride to the next Dunkin and avoid this location altogether

This Dunkin’ Donuts is OK at best. It’s better than the DD right down the street. And this one is not as busy. But neither are what I would consider great.
Although this DD is more of a gas station small DD. Sometimes it is pretty good. Other times it’s. not so good. I always have been here in the day light. So I don’t know how the 24 hour coffee is.

I come to this Dunkin a lot and Manisha is often working behind the counter, she is always pleasant and takes special attention when bagging donuts, she ALWAYS makes sure they are right side up in the bag, that makes all the difference because the chocolate often gets stuck to the paper bag and peels off the donut when they are upside down. Thank you Manisha for always making sure my breakfast is perfect!

I didn’t order coffee, but it was prepared. The lady that was working here took about 5-7 minutes to come and take our order( I was waiting in line) Although, it took her a while, she was quick. No smile. No receipt. ♀️

Steer clear of this Dunkin’ Donuts after 4pm. They have a new hire there, young girl with dark hair in a pony tail and glasses. Extremely rude and hates her customers. She will make it known that she can’t be bothered to do anything by ignoring you. Extremely unpleasant to deal with, to the point I’m taking my business elsewhere. Horrible.

Rude older foreign man on night shift, doesn’t speak english well at all and he says to me “you go” “you go” because he couldn’t understand what I was trying to order! I asked for 2 chocolate frosted cake donuts and he didn’t know what I was saying… Even though there was a slot with a sign that said Chocolate frosted cake donuts, he kept asking if I wanted Boston cream! I said no I would like a chocolate frosted cake donut. How can you hire an employee that doesn’t understand or read english? The fact that he didn’t know the difference between a cake donut and a Boston cream and raised donut and they put him behind the counter by himself is mystifying to say the least! Dunkin Donuts used to be a good chain years ago but they have really gone in the toilet. I was as polite as could be and he told me to go away because he had know clue what I was asking for… I will never stop here again it was absolutely abhorrent! Way to go on that customer service!! Try training your employees on the difference between a cake donut and a raised donut and make sure they can speak and understand english!!!! Rude awful man!!!

Purchased a med coffee gave the Indian woman a $5 bill and exact change she put it I her drawer . When I asked for my change she said I didnt give her 5$. If I didn’t have my daughter with me I would have made her count the drawer. Told her enjoy your 3 dollar tip
