I was getting a coffee for my brother who is in rehab. I usually don’t go to Dunkin (I make my own special coffees) he absolutely loves DD, but I’ll have to say at 71 and not going to buy coffee I was kind of overwhelmed with ordering through these new preorder machines. What ever happened to walking up and ordering a coffee? Accents are getting hard to understand. I did it for my brother, I’ll never buy DD anything myself.

This location, much like many of their locations, cannot figure out how to dispense cream in a coffee. It consistently comes looking like a glass of milk. I’m done with Dunkin. This cold brew was supposed to be 2 creams…not double the cream in a medium. Another $5 wasted, last $5 wasted!

dunkin’ hash browns – 6 tots for $1.59 which is better than Quick_Chek who only gives you 4 for the same price. and the frozen coffee too. on a warm morning the frozen coffee hits the spot.

I have never in my life experienced someone so rude and obnoxious in customer service. As it is nurses week and in past years dunkin does a free coffee during nurses week.. i asked the employee if they were doing the promotion and she rolled her eyes at me and said no. I understand if they are not doing the promotion but to be treated with attitude was very unnecessary. I then ordered a wake up wrap and she handed me a sandwhich that i did not order. I politely said that wasnt what i ordered but that i would take it. She ripped the bag out of my hand opened the sandwhich and removed the bacon from it and threw just the bacon in the bag and handed it back to me????? I go to this dunkin almost everyday before work and it is a shame that they will never be getting my business again after this experience.

Asked for a cup of ice cause my 4$ ice coffee had like nothing . They tried charging me 1.07$ for a small cup of ice (something new?). I’ve seen previous reviews of the rude sarcastic attitudes they exhibit on a daily basis its very upsetting to witness. I’ve been to this location about 5 times now and 4 out of the 5 have been nothing but attitudes.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Customer service sucks. They take forever to help you inside even with no customers. They are so focused on drive thru (mind you it was only 3 cars), and all employees are focused on preparing orders for drive thru. Not the first time it happens. Don’t go here.

The staff is so rude and disrespectful, I went in to ask for a plain bagel with egg and no bacon, they gave gave a burnt croissant and wen I stated I ask for a bagel not a croissant the girl who took my order started yelling at me saying I should’ve asked for what I wanted they can’t read my mind or guess what I want, every time I come here I get mistreated, this store sucks, they should really train their staff, totally a mood killer, I will never step foot in that store again and I will advise my friends and family to not go there unless they want to have a horrible experience, no wonder why they barely have customers go in there.
